“Second time here and Kelly the new Manager was fantastic to deal with from the beginning. Lots of communication, even offered complimentary upgrade for the night due to a last minute opening! The location on the Tidal River is amazing, and the Domes have everything you need for a comfortable stay! Will be back again!”

Staff were very helpful and tried to solve our problems…#1- heat pump stuck on cool..provided extra blankets #2- unable toget into bed as the mattress was the very high ( I am 5-6) provided a stool and offered to change rooms..which was not practical as we were very tired and ready to sleep! Once I finally got into bed it was very comfortable. I have stayed at The Pines before and have had no problems but this time…I was disappointed”

“We did not like this property. It was very very cheaply furnished. There was only one chair, a very small cheaply made night table, one blanket that had holes in it and no place to set your suitcase. There were no Kleenex and only thin plastic glasses. We had to take in lawn chairs so we had to a place to sit. The beds were made of cheap pressboard and only has a thin mattress on the “wooden “ bottom.
