“The door to our room was not secure. There was a gap at the bottom and top of the door where light from the hallway was coming in. The security latch was completely broken. But it was late when we arrived and we did not have the energy to go back to the front desk to get moved. I was with my husband so I felt safe. Upon further inspection in the morning, the whole door jam and door was loose. It was coming apart from the wall. Had we noticed it was that bad the night before, we would have gone...

“Breakfast”

“The room was comfortable and did what I needed it for, we checked in late, which was communicated to the front desk, keys were waiting, had a early event, didn't do the free breakfast, asked for a late checkout was told if we were a member of some club, they could accommodate, but I wasn't, even though we lost most of one day because we checked in late, but overall everything was good. The room was clean, the bathroom had a Crack in the sink and the bathtub, nothing major.”

“Personal ”

“The pool was outdoors and closed and I was told the pool indoors by yall the staff was lovely the breakfast was ok”

“The staff was amazing, however the first 2 rooms that they tried to put me in smell horrible. There was an overbearing smell of mold and mildew throughout Room 127 and 123. I opted for a refund, and the staff was accommodating and pleasant.”

“The staff was nice to help us with our problems. However, our room had 1 working lightbulb in the bathroom, flat pillows, and about an inch of light underneath the door that was supposed to be suctioned shut. Pictures showed a pool, but there was a sort of outdoor gym on concrete where I assume the pool used to be. When we asked about the lightbulbs, we went to 3 different rooms to grab lightbulbs and towels to stuff underneath the door. The floors were sticky and the bedsheets had stains on...
