Baite a Viroqua

“The property was clean and had everything my wife and I needed for the weekend. The views are amazing. 10/10. We plan on coming back!”

“Our stay was for 3 nights in early July. The cabin was accurately depicted in the on-line description, describing a very quiet, peaceful, remote and relaxing and wooded ambience "like a secret trail, dipping and climbing over rolling hills to your own private escape". The perfect environment, we thought, to spend a few days during my recuperation from a recent illness. To our very surprise, the first two days and nights of our stay were shattered by the continuous explosion of fireworks set off...

“Very nice and clean … loved the beautiful atmosphere… very peaceful and private… we highly recommend… we will be returning for the fall”

“We stayed here for our anniversary and left feeling so refreshed and grateful. The cabin is beautiful, welcoming, and full of thoughtful touches that made it easy to settle in and slow down. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub under the stars and waking up to the peaceful stillness around us—it really felt like a true getaway.Gays Mills is a very small town, so you’re truly stepping away from distractions and into rest, which was exactly what we needed. We heard that fall brings a whole...

“This was perfect for our large party in town for a family reunion. Pool and hot tub were bothClean and nice.”

“Overall good property but could use a little updating/clean up, all around the property is clutter. Around the pool there are left over items from previous guests, pool cover (ripped), broken chairs, etc. there is also a lot of extra leftover items below deck around hot tub and fire pit. Property just need a little maintenance - light bulbs need changed, pool is leaking, etc.We had a lot of fun but a few items that would have made it perfect! It was a fun experience for our extended family!”

“My husband and I found ourselves with a couple of childfree days around my birthday and decided we wanted a quiet place to unplug during the day, relax, and watch scary movies at night without fear of waking up little kids. We did a quick search on VRBO and landed on this cabin given its proximity to Minneapolis (not too far away, not too close) along what we assumed would be a nice, scenic drive. First, let’s talk about the location. Despite living 3.5 hours away for the last 20 years, I...

“Clean, well supplied, had everything we needed. Basic cooking utensils were there, very comfortable, water was great, AC worked well, very cozy!”

“This is a very good spot.”
