“Staff and Service makes the first impression and not the property itself. Here at SG, me and my family felt welcomed. Staff was courteous and made sure our stay and dinning experience was excellent. Rooms are of decent sizes with all the modern amenities you'd expect in this category of hotels. I'd recommend this hotel for your stay during your Mathura/ Vrindavan visit. “Incredibly kind and helpful host! It's always a worry when a little one gets sick, especially away from home, so it's truly wonderful that our host (Mrs. Sweta) was there with a home remedy that worked so quickly. What a relief that my daughter recovered overnight and we could all enjoy our trip as planned! And to top it all off, the food was amazing too. We had a very memorable experience with hosts. 😊”

“Mathura is a very small town. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. As it was off-season time, we got a free upgrade. The staff was very attentive and courteous. We were there for only a night.”

“The hotel is not like the site show, and the room also different from what you booked, and in my case when i protest cause deluxe room must have the city iew, the receptionist told me the deluixe room not has the window city view, so i asked to change the really bad room they wanted to give me, and they offered me 2 rooms different at least i accepted the last one rom cause there was no alternative and i was tored and need relax, but the rooms they show are not as you receive.
