“Clean good breakfast”

“This was the most horrible experience I have ever had a hotel. The room next to mine (Room 129) suddenly became noisy at around 1:00 AM and continued to about 2:00 AM. Laughter, yelling, and noisy conversations was enough for me to go to the receptionist desk and complain. The person working the desk was asleep and I apparently woke him up. His eyes were bloodshot and in hindsight, possibly due to using drugs. I was told he would call the room, and I never heard a call. I only heard a knock but...

“This spacious house is beyond amazing. It is exceptionally clean and well stocked to make your stay fee like you are at home! It was home to our family of 16 for 4 nights. It was magical at moments. Plenty of room for every one of us. The host was so attentive. They provided constant information and answers to our questions within moments. The small deficiencies were dealt with immediately. I would highly recommend this VRBO. ”

“Breach of contract. The rooms smell like smoke. It is not a healthy place to live in. The staff were rude and tried blaming it on my sense of smell. I have pictures proving the evidence of smoke.”
