“We loved our stay here. From the moment we walked into the lobby for check-in, the staff at the front desk were super nice and professional. After we checked in, he informed us of breakfast hours (M-F 6-9 am, Sat-Sun 7-10 am) and pool availability. Our room was exceptional, clean, and spotless! “Technically the room was clean. Staff was kind of rude. Front staff at check in started off rude and quickly tried to change her attitude after I identified myself as a travel agent. However, everyone but the maintenance guy was rude and seemed to hate this job. We had maintenance because the TV didn't work.
