Situato in posizione centrale, a 15 minuti a Carlsbad Beach, Oceanside Beach, a 45 minuti dal centro di San Diego, 1 ora di OC e Anaheim, 1. 5 ore a Los Angeles. Questo appartamento con 1 camera da letto - Guest House - è un'unità collegata con ingresso indipendente in un milione di dollari casa privata tenuta in Vista in una bella e tranquilla impostazione del paese. La nostra famiglia vive nella casa principale. Pick-tutto l'anno maturi arance Valencia proprio fuori dalla porta di casa. Condivideremo con voi la taglia della nostra stagione - arance, avocado, pompelmi, cachi, pesche o mele, a seconda del periodo dell'anno. L'appartamento ha una grande grande sala (12 'x 24'), con cena in cucina. C'è una camera da letto separata con letto king size e bagno privato. Il divano del salotto è convertibile in un letto full size. Le lenzuola sono fornite. Offriamo Direct TV con HBO, Netflix e molti altri.

Viene fornito con un posto auto proprio davanti alla porta e si trova su una strada privata. Non ci sono servizi di lavanderia, ma c'è una lavanderia automatica molto vicina. Vicino a parchi, campi da tennis, campo da golf a frisbee, negozi di alimentari (Albertson, Von's. Northgate Mexican Market), shopping (Westfield North County, Carlsbad Premium Outlets, San Marcos Plaza), cinema, ristoranti e facile accesso a hwy 78 e hwy 15.

A fantastic place!

This was such a quaint and peaceful place to stay. It was so quiet, too. The neighborhood was beautiful and a great place to take a walk if you wanted. It felt like we were far removed from the busyness of the city, but it was actually only minutes to everything.Susan was so welcoming and kind. The place was in immaculate condition. It was so comfortable and we had a great stay. We will definitely be booking again.

Like your in the countryside

Beautiful part of Vista. Beautiful garden and clean apartment. Unfortunately there was a problem with ants around every day. The hosts were trying to control the problem, but it was concerning.

Beautiful Location

Apartment was clean, comfortable in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of places outside to walk. Beautiful gardens on property and easy access via car to restaurants stores etc. Susan was a very gracious host. Highly recommend!

Guest House

Susan's guest house is a wonderful place for a couple to stay. High ceilings enhance the spacious one bedroom unit and furnishings are delightful and comfortable. She provided oranges from her trees for fresh orange juice in the morning. Thank you!

Precious Gem

The host was warm and welcoming. The retreat was cozy and charming. It comes with every accommodation you could need. It was surrounded by lush trees and we sat outside enjoying the beautiful evening air. We will definitely visit again. It was such a relaxing stay.

February SD Visit

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this property. We found the hosts to be gracious, kind, and very responsive. The hosts were so kind to direct us in since we were arriving well after dark. The property was quiet and secluded. We felt safe at the location and the private drive was convenient for the apartment. The apartment was spacious for a one bedroom and the large bathroom gave us both plenty of room to get ready. The bed was comfortable as advertised. We slept well the entire time. The downside of our stay was minimal. The furnishings seemed a bit outdated but clean and functional. There wasn’t a lot of drawer space in the bedroom for a lengthy stay, but plenty of space to hang clothes. We did have an ant infestation midway through our stay. The hosts did their best to mitigate the issue but it did linger throughout the remainder of our stay. I think the torrential rains had something to do with the ants moving inside. Overall, it was a nice stay and will return!

Beautiful Getaway

This place is beautiful, clean, quiet, and had everything you would need while you are there. The bed was comfortable, the towels were nice, and the unit is very spacious. We loved meeting Susan and her husband and having her there if we needed anything. We are definetly going back for another weekend getaway soon!

Peaceful retreat

I found this apartment to be the ideal place to rest, relax and recharge during my visit to Vista. The kitchen was well equipped, the towels in the bathroom were luxurious, and the bed was comfortable. I liked the marble floors in the bedroom and bathroom. The TV was modern enough to connect to my phone's display and the living room furniture was comfortable. I especially appreciated the fresh fruit that my hosts offered to me, they were delicious! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This private 1-bedroom suite with kitchen was like a home away from home. Extremely quiet and safe - we slept with the windows open and it was seriously our best sleep in a long time! Close to local restaurants and grocery stores, and a short and easy 20-minute drive to Carlsbad and the beach. The host, Susan, was welcoming and at the same time did not intrude. Gorgeous property and neighborhood. Quiet and laid-back!!

Wonderful Place to Stay

The apartment was private. It was very clean and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our short stay very much. We even got to experience what a great orange just picked from the tree tasted like. Susan was very nice and we really enjoyed meeting her. If I could give ten stars instead of five, I would.

Beautiful, quiet spot, friendly host.

My best friend, my one year old and I stayed here for a night after we went to a wedding nearby. Communication with the host was easy, the description of the site was accurate, and we got to make fresh orange juice with the oranges on the property! The space was clean and quiet, perfect for what we needed.
