15-20 min to the beach, 20 min to Legoland & Carlsbad Outlets, & 5 min to downtown Vista.

Fully gut renovated & tastefully decorated in a modern boho/coastal vibe w/glam accents to create a warm, cozy vibe in every room throughout the home.

Walk into a fully open concept living/dining room/kitchen - perfect for family connection time. There`s a small island for gathering/conversing near the cook during breakfast/dinner time, helping to keep the connection & conversation flowing during meal prep time. Rest assured, the cook of the family will feel right at home with our fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the cookware & essentials they`ll need!

Create memories during family game night around the dining table, a movie night in front of the wood burning fire place or making s`mores for dessert around the fire pit.

Our outdoor set up is the perfect place to take advantage of the comfortable CA temps - with sliding glass doors that open to both the back yard and side yard, creating the perfect opportunity to take advantage of the indoor/outdoor living spaces .

The large fenced side yard, just off the kitchen, is outfitted with a grill & 6-person dining table. The uber private back yard is just off the living room, and has a chaise couch, hammock, and a wood burning fire pit with seating for 6.

We have central air, but almost never need it - the home stays cool inside despite the hot temps outside, so you`ll feel comfortable year round. Enjoy the fresh air like we do? Just open then the 2 sliding glass (screened) doors to enjoy the fresh air & soothing sound of the birds chirping!

Our master bedroom includes a brand new, very comfortable foam hybrid bed with a master en suite with double sinks & walk-in shower. The 2 guest bedrooms both have new & comfortable queen beds - one room has a workstation in it, along with another workstation in the living room. The guest bathroom is just next to the 2 guest bdrms/just off the living room - and is large & renovated with a deep tub if you wish to relax & unwind with a hot bath.

Note: Pack n play and high chair provided

You`ll have full access to our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home. Laundry in garage. You can park in the lit, 2-car driveway.

Our home is on a quaint neighborhood street, on a corner lot that is partly on a culde-sac so its family-friendly & quiet. You`ll enjoy the beautiful sounds of birds chirping, the weekend neighboorhood ice cream truck coming through, and the occassional neighbor kids riding bikes and playing in the street.

Less than 5 min away from a large shopping plaza that includes Target, Walmart, Aldi`s, Starbucks, Walgreens, Living Spaces, and multiple fast food/takeaway restaurants.

There is a driveway that fits 2 cars and free street parking.

Our home is just a few min off the 78, with easy access to downtown Vista (less than 10 min away), and a short 15 min drive to the beach & Carlsbad Outlets.

With over 20 breweries in the area, Vista is becoming the Capital of Craft Beer. Many nearby gastropubs and restaurants offer fresh fare from local farmer`s markets.

Legoland is just 20 min away and we`re about 30 minutes from the Del Mar Race Track, 45 minutes from downtown San Diego and San Diego Convention Center, the San Diego Zoo, Seaport Village, SeaWorld, and Old Town.

Disneyland, California Adventure, and Knott`s Berry Farm are an hour`s drive and Big Bear Lake, which boasts skiing in the winter and various warm weather activities in the summer, is 2 1/2 hours away.

Several golf courses and casinos are also nearby.

SECURITY
>We have a doorbell camera to protect our packages from porch thieves but it only records the front door area (with sound) - there are no other cameras in the home our anywhere else outdoors.
>We also have a security system, but to avoid any accidental alarms going off, it will be disabled during your stay.

BBQ GRILL
>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren`t always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you

FIREPIT
>We try to keep our fire pit stocked with firewood but we aren`t always sure. Please bring firewood/fire starter if you plan to use the fire pit


CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.

MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
