“My room was clean; however it was old and run down, moisture ants appeared in my bathroom so I needed to switch rooms. In my first room, the TV did not work, the carpet was horribly stained, the tub needed to be replaced, the lampshade was stained, the mattress was lumpy, the furniture was all chipped, and the furnace and road noises were loud. This room also wreaked of old cigarette smoke, and the in room phone did not work, so you could not ring the office. I was also greeted with the stench...

“Breakfast was extremely limited. Even the coffee ran out. Also, gym was 'out of order', which is a HUGE minus for me. The machines were just standing there and door was permanently locked. ”

The sheets had stains on them, the pillows were flimsy and nonexistent, so that you had to double them over just to be like a normal pillow. On top of that, you only got two pillows per queen bed. “PROS: Absolutely great property, very clean, nice & helpful staff. Bed comfortable but a bit on the firm side for our liking. Best to bring your own pillow if you are use to something a bit thicker. Loved finding out, there is a blow dryer provided and the refrigerator was apartment sized. Oh, and the super comfy recliner.... CONS: If you plan on cooking, be sure to bring your own post, pans, knives, dishes, utensils, cups, mugs, extra dish soap, spounge and napkins. Don't plan on leaving...

“I come here every month for several days and the staff feel like family. They are so friendly and helpful. I like the little store for snacks or more. The rooms are well stocked, and have an easy chair along with a comfortable bed, kitchen and desk area.”
