“Room is clean and renovated. Breakfast is excellent containing hot meals (sausage, omelette, bacon), warm cinnamon rolls, and much more. Location is very convenient for visiting Columbia River Gorge.”

“The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology.”

“The property is unique and we enjoyed the grounds. The customer interface from staff could use some work. Waiting at the front desk while employees complain about guests is a turn off. Along with the snotty eye-rolling bar staff, or the breakfast waitstaff's whole hearted disclaimer that they could not guarantee the safety of my food from allergens in their kitchen rather than a "we care about your health, we will do our best" If it were my property, I would ask my staff to contain their...

“The price was the best thing about the stay! It’s just been a well used motel and it’s showing it’s age inside! Outside looks inviting…. But you do what you pay for and the bed was a 6 out of 10.”

“The kitchen did not have any cooking or eating items at all. There was a sign implying you could purchase some at the front desk. The "breakfast" was coffee, some oatmeal packets, two breakfast bars, and one tiny muffin. We were there during the beginning of "breakfast" hours and there wasn't even enough for us 3 to all have 1 tiny muffin. There was hair all over the tub and shower curtain as if it was not even cleaned. I would not stay again”

“Room was very gross. I don’t think this place should be in business. I blew up my air mattress and stayed because I would’ve payed twice as much somewhere else because I had my dog. ”

“Stuff made us feel unwelcome. The booking offered breakfast. They don’t have breakfast. They give us a Boucher to o the restaurant next door. 15 dollars. Bad smell like old. Does not look like the pictures. Terrible experience.”
