Motel a Vista

“The hotel is old, they couldn’t find my reservation when I got there, I end up with a king instead of two doubles as requested, no trash can in the room, very dirty sofa, microwave with no inner plate, no fridge, broken boards near the sink. Both lamps unplugged and had to move nightstands to plug in - wall sockets loose and probably not safe. Luckily it was just a place to crash overnight while at a soccer tournament. Only stayed because we were too tired to hunt down another place to stay....

“Amenities are minimal. The least expensive amount and type of soap and shampoo. Room was not entirely tidy on arrival.”

“We arrived late and the only complaint we had that there was no parking available and we had to park very far from our room. ”

“Very clean room and great staff. A bit of train noise but that goes away at night. For the price and the location, this is a great find. Felt super safe traveling alone and great value for the price. ”

“Very clean, friendly staff, but the WiFi didn’t work at all the entire stay. I repeatedly asked the front desk if there was anything that they could do to fix it and they said they did, but it never worked. ”

“A good place to rest, and be in a good vicinity of other attractions when on vacation. Our only issue was, that one of our blankets was pretty stained up but we just removed it.”

“Very large rooms, lots of parking, stayed in the front of the motel. Particularly love this motel for dog parents. Felicita County Park is a 5 minute drive and you can park across from the park if the gate is not open to walk your dog, Also its a ten minute walk to the back entrance of Kit Carson Park with hiking, dog trails and a sport center, lots of people riding bikes. ”
