“Rooms are decent & nice! Food is average, nothing amazing but nothing bad either. Staff are great. However in our room we had no power nearly our entire stay - we did have AC & fan power which was good….but we were unable to charge our devices in our room & also no power in the bathroom which are all outdoors so we had to have showers and toilet trips in the dark.. we talked to the staff multiple times about the issue and it was fixed once and stayed on for about 3 hours and then never again. we...

“Late check in and the security guard had to go and look for the receptionist. Receptionist made me check in and fill out all my details on the iPad, I thought that was there job? He looked grog doped as he had his plate of food on the check in counter. Then we requested late check out the next day as he had agreed due to the late check in time. The staff the next morning were so pushy with check out. But we're helpful when explained about the late check in. Clearly communication gap.”
