The apartment is a 7-minute walk from the Vitré train station. Depending on your arrival time and as long as possible, we can pick you up if you’d like.

Rennes Saint-Jacques Airport is located 1 hour from the apartment via the TER train from Vitré Station, which is just a few minutes from the apartment.



There is a terrace available for your use at the front of the house.



However, you do not have access to the garden at the back of the house. It is reserved for the use of the residents of the first-floor apartment.



Please note that these same tenants will have to walk past your window because the entrances to the apartments are located at the back of the house (in the garden). So there’s no need to worry.



The house is located on one of the city’s main thoroughfares (traffic noise during rush hour: 7:30–9:00 a.m. and 4:30–7:00 p.m.). French building codes do not allow for double-glazed windows on the street-facing facade.



For monthly rentals, you’ll receive a special rate. However, you must arrange for (at an additional cost) one cleaning per week (required by the owner): change of sheets, bath towels, and general cleaning.



You’ll find a pantry/minibar in the apartment available for your use (for an additional fee). This is convenient for late arrivals.

It operates on an honor system. Please record what you’ve consumed on the consumption sheet in the black folder. You can pay in cash, or the cost of your purchases will be billed to you via Airbnb at the end of your stay. You’ll find full instructions on how it works inside the folder.
