Room was incredibly hot. The staff gave us a broken fan as the only option . Right near the M6 flyover and very loud party in function room.
We had to keep window open and try and endure all the noise
Cleaner left dirty scrubbing pad and dirty tissues in bathroom.
Hotel refused to give us a refund they didn't seem to care

Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here.
