“Staff was helpful but they couldn't help the situation much. If you are an international guest staying here make sure you carry a travel adapter otherwise your cell phone and laptop will run out of battery. The hotel doesn't even have an adapter and you won't be able to buy it easily in the stores around the hotel.”
