Hatckinson-Families Apartment in the city center, 1st floor and up, beautiful terrace, 3 stories

(65 m²) features a separate bedroom (with a double bed, 160 x 200 cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200 cm), a bathroom/toilet, and a large living room with two single beds (approximately 80 x 200 cm).
In front of the apartment, there is a table with chairs. There is also a rooftop terrace with tables, chairs, and lounge chairs. From the terrace, you can see the sea, the harbor, and the surrounding area. Beautiful terrace—"Vodice in the Palm of Your Hand."
Kitchens in all apartments are equipped with basic cooking utensils: oven, refrigerator, freezer, stove, etc.
The nearest parking lot is about 50 meters from the house; a little further away (150 meters), you can also park on our private property.
Bed linens, towels, final cleaning, and other utilities (electricity, Wi-Fi, etc.), as well as a compilation of personalized tips in German (events, suggested excursions, activities, beaches... etc.) tailored to the guests’ preferences and interests are included.
The apartment is air-conditioned, but the thick stone walls also help maintain a pleasant indoor climate.
Since the house was originally built in a traditional style, each apartment has only a small terrace by the entrance.
Guests often say that during the summer heat, the best way to cool off is either by the sea or in the shaded house.
The lifestyle here is very Mediterranean and laid-back...
