    Questa villa è ideale per famiglie numerose, gruppi di amici o occasioni speciali e può ospitare comodamente fino a 22 persone. Dispone di 9 camere da letto arredate in stile moderno + 2 camere da letto/ galleriae 7 bagni completamente attrezzati. Quattro ampi balconi offrono una vista panoramica mozzafiato sul mare e sulle isole Brioni, mentre la grande terrazza accanto alla piscina crea l’ambiente perfetto per il caffè del mattino, prendere il sole o trascorrere piacevoli serate al tramonto.

Ladies' 60th birthday trip

The 7 of us thoroughly enjoyed this location in Istria - we did a number of interesting day trips and relaxed at the Villa in the evenings. Ingrid was a gracious host and quick to respond to questions. As advertised, this villa is not on the beach, but we enjoyed the short drive to some of the beaches in Istria. Would stay here again!

Tolles Haus für einen tollen Familienurlaub

Das Haus ist groß und super ausgestattet. Pool, Terrasse und der Strand in 5min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Perfekt für unsere große Familie. Uns hat es in der Woche an nichts gefehlt und die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und hat innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf Anfragen reagiert.

A great villa near a lovely small town

The villa is very comfortable and great for a large group. The pool is a decent size and there are plenty of places to relax. The villa is on the edge of the town, which is a lovely place to wander and have coffee. Other places are also in easy reach by car - such as the beautiful towns of Pula, Fazana and Rovinj. Beaches are plenty and near by car, but stoney (so bring - or buy - beach shoes), but the water is very clear and lovely to swim in. We were 4 families with children aged between 10 and 27 - we all had a very enjoyable time and Ingrid was very helpful and readily contactable.

Fantastic, especially for a large group!

We had 7 teenage children and 6 adults with us. Our host, Ingrid, was very warm, gracious, and so very welcoming! The villa is so much better even than the pictures represent! When we arrived, the local town, Vodnjan, was having an annual Easter Monday celebration with traditional Istrian food (delicious), music, and dancing. They even had a gorgeous fireworks display as you would expect to find in a large city. The house is only 4 KM from the beach, which is beautiful, and a 10 - 12 minute drive to Pula and the wonderful sights there. Make sure you try the olive oil tasting in that town. It is an experience that we will never forget and many thanks to Ingrid for opening her villa to us!

This is a well appointed villa with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for a large group, the pool and garden area is lovely with plenty of sun loungers. It is a bit dated inside and very few of the rooms have air conditioning (although some do have air conditioning units outside the bedrooms which is strange). The village square is picturesque with a couple of bars and there is a good restaurant on the outskirts of the village which is walking distance from the villa. The villa is a bit remote so you would benefit greatly from hiring a car as the nearest beach is not walking distance and taxi's (Uber & Bolt) charge a ridiculous amount to get you there when you are trying to book as a large group! The check out time on Vrbo is different to the host (Vrbo 11.00 am, host 10.00 am which is frustrating and there was no flexibility on leaving your suitcases at the property for a late departure (even outside)!

extrem saubere Luxusvilla

Das war für uns 16 Harley-Fahrer der perfekte Ausganspunkt für unsere Istrien-Touren. Alle Räume waren sehr sauber, haben gut gerochen. Ausstattung war perfekt, alles war ganz und vollständig. Der Vorplatz, wo unsere Bikes standen war abschließbar, die Villa alarmgesichert. Die Eigentümerin Ingrid war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr nett. Der Urlaub war ein voller Erfolg. Übrigens: Rotwein und Olivenöl bei Serge kaufen.

Comfortable house for a large group !

We had a lovely holiday all the family. We were 8 adults and 10 children that spent one unforgetable week in this house. The kids enjoyed the pool. The house is in a quiet area. The house was clean and spacious. Outside there nice furnitures, nice and clean pool and a gigant terase. Both the house and outside property was clean. During the stay the house and pool was cleaned. From the first contact with Ingrid we felt that he cared for us and helped us with all we needed. The nearby beach is amazing. Eine tolle Woche in traumhaftem Ferienhaus

Die Villa ist sehr schön. Der Urlaub war durch den hervorragenden Service und das unvergleichliche Engagement der Gastgeber geprägt. Wir haben mit unserer Familie (volle Personenzahl) einen tollen Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Perfect stay!

We had a fantastic relaxing holiday. We were four famillies with eight kids between 4-9 years old that stayed in this lovely villa that had everything that you could wish for! The house is very clean and well maintained We spend lots of time around the pool and in Jacuzzi. The owners were also very friendly and helpful with everything, they recommended which restaurants that we should go to and helped us with various things in the area. I would definitely recommend this house. John

Villa Ingrid

We were a group of 16 teenagers and we spent an amazing week in the Villa Ingrid. The house was clean and it had all we needed, also a lot of open space around the house. For party we recommend the club Uljanik in Pula, which is easy to reach from the property. Ingrid answered every question we had and helped us as good as she could, thanks again!

ENJOYABLE

We spent one weeks in this wonderful Villa Ingrid - extremely clean, very well equipped with plenty of room for 5 families, 18 people ( 10 adults and 8 children ). The pool is very clean and gardens is lovely. Restaurants, shops.... are 5 minutes walk. There were good restaurants with typical Istrien food. In the nearby place were activities for teenagers to do - banana rides, doughnuts etc. Although our teenagers would have liked something more livelier, there were some bars and cafes and they could stay out late as the area was very safe. Vodnjan is a lovely town. Church of St. Blaise is beautiful, in her is a museum with mummies (definitely see). We visited the National park Brioni for a day. I can recommend this property; - we all had a fantastic holiday and I would definitely book it again.

WONDERFUL!!!

We spent a wonderful holiday at Villa Ingrid . We were a group of ten adults and ten children. Beautiful house with beautiful views, quiet location,comfortable, excellent service, the pool is so nice. We enjoyed the atmosphere places, Croatian as a whole, sunny days and friendly people. Trainingslager

Für unsere bunt gemischte Gruppe, Jugendliche im Trainingslager und Familie war die Unterkunft super! Die Kommunikation mit Ingrid, der Vermieterin war unkompliziert. Kleine Probleme wurden sofort behoben und auch unsere Wünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren im Mai 2021 mit 20 jungen Leuten eine Woche in der Villa. Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen, wir waren mit allem zufrieden. Besonders der großzügige Außenbereich konnte bei uns punkten. Wir haben auch den Pool beheizen lassen, sodass wir trotz kühler Lufttemperatur angenehm baden konnten. Obwohl wir des öfteren nicht gerade leise waren, hat sich keiner der Nachbarn beschwert. Wir hatten eine grandiose Zeit und würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke an die Vermieterin Ingrid, die jederzeit erreichbar und unglaublich bemüht war. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Top Villa

Super nette Vermieterin. Bei Fragen immer erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle. Super sauber. Pool wird regelmäßig gecheckt. Die Lage des Hauses ist top. Ruhig. Nahe zum Strand. Wir waren 22 Personen. Hatten eine super Zeit.

Eine tolle Woche

Das Haus war trotz Navi etwas schwierig zu finden. Nach dieser Hürde, war es ein fantastischer Urlaub, das Haus ist genial für eine große Gruppe. Es liegt nur 15 Minuten von Pula entfernt, auch ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da sie in der Nähe wohnt, ist sie auch gleich vor Ort, wenn Probleme auftauchen.

A very good place for a quiet holiday

The house is located in the remote village of Vodnjan. The most nearby (pebble) beach is at Fazana, only a 5 minutes drive away. The house has a magnificent pool. There are 11 bedrooms. Two of them are mezzanines, with low ceilings and steep stairs. The Saric family are great hosts. They are very eager to fulfill your wishes and if anything is not functioning they are there within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place.
