“Heel hartelijk welkom met een bubbel, geweldig restaurant waar we heerlijk gegeten hebben.
Ontbijt is ook super met zo’n vriendelijk personeel.
Kamers aan de kleine kant maar modern en schoon. Personeel uitzonderlijke vriendelijk.”

“Superb new flat but poor without no milk or microwave - not everyone in the world drinks black coffee!
Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for”
