Of course more smiles and it will be great that at the arrival to introduce guests to the amenities and services that at their disposal. I also want to mentioned the Chef who is doing amazing work. “Outlying a small town - rural. A bit of a jewel. Little English spoken but very patient staff. We had B&B plus had dinner in their restaurant. Room large, high ceilings, clean. Heat register set to max and room comfortable but not hot. Turning on heated towel rack in bathroom with door open added a second register. Overall comfortable.”
