The flats are spacious, bright, airy and about 1200+ square feet built on a 3000 square feet. It is the perfect place for large or small groups. They accommodate up 6 people. It is a marvelous three bedroom/two bathroom apartment completely furnished with linens, dishes, coffee maker, etc., etc. Master bedrooms have a large/gorgeous private bathroom with a Jacuzzi-style bathtub, perfect for a cozy bath any time.
AMENITIES: hot/cool water, first tank of gas for cooking and for hot water heater, weekly garbage collection.

Security: Property protected by an iron fence. All main doors and windows have metal bars for better protection and peace of mind. There is also a watch man close by.
Accessibility: There is an urban bus service which picks up right in front of our residence. The fare is only $.50 per ride. Midtown is just five minute drive where there are supermarkets, gas stations, financial institutions, restaurants, Wi-Fi/Internet cafes, etc.
Weather: Volcan has perfect perpetual spring weather. Never too hot, never too cold; just about 70 C degrees 365 days a year. No winter coats/no air conditioners needed.
