“This place is very rural. Katherine is a very nice host.The unit itself is about 10 ft by 20ft. The inside table for dining is in the photo with a glass top. There are two stools, a coffee maker, a small fridge, and a Queen-sized bed on a platform. The mattress was very comfortable. It might be a bit challenging for older guests to get on the bed. There is an outside table with umbrella and chairs. The stove and sink with utensils and crockery are on a prep surface outside of the bedroom. The...

“This was a nice, cozy cabin! We loved the proximity to the Volcano National Park, the fire stove heater, and the lush vegetation. We did wish the host responded to our question about trash and that the hot tub got hotter. Overall, solid stay. ”

“The place was beautiful and so clean! It was small, but seemed spacious enough and was nice and private. It also had everything you’d need to keep groceries and cook a meal since it’s a bit of a jaunt to “civilization.” Keith was friendly when you’d see him around, but not super responsive to messages. ”

“This secluded hideaway in the lush Puna District was everything we hoped for and more. The attention to detail throughout the home and surrounding grounds was absolutely impeccable. We especially loved the screened windows that let the fresh tropical trade winds flow through, creating a peaceful and airy atmosphere.
