“Amazing staff very friendly and helpful ”

“Very bad. We had booked four nights, but as soon as we arrived (due to a canceled return flight), we asked to cancel the last night. No understanding. So we asked to exchange the cost of the last night we didn't stay for additional hotel services. No way. They said hotels.com and Expedia should take care of it, not them. Truly awful. Just as awful as hotels.com and Expedia. Two real disappointments. They didn't cover anything. A terrible experience.”

“The hotel entrance was quite hard to find as it is hidden between some small alleys but once you get there the staff was incredibly helpful and they even use a translator tool to try their best to help you. Love that they provide daily room services and also laundry. You can call them at the lobby and they will pick up your laundry. Once it’s done they also leave them back at your door. The hotel room doesn’t have a fridge and they also don’t have an elevator. Will need to climb stairs to get to...

“Ottima posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi da piazza Tienanmen. Quartiere molto tranquillo. La via è pedonale quindi bisogna camminare qualche centinaia di metri con le valige.”

“Beautiful hotel with many indoor services, walking distance from the city center and next to a metro station.”

“Room was small, but cozi. Had all the amenities. The stuff was very good, polite and helpful. Room was clean, fresh clean towel. Very quiet at night, couldnt hear any ouside noise. Just one small thing. For some reason the GPS map was having a hard time locating it. But after I checked in I kind of found a way to get around. Also, thank you very much to the staff, they let me check in and go to my room as early as 9:30-10am. Really appreciated that. But after i checked in”

“L'hotel è distante da tutto. C'è bisogno di un taxi anche per arrivare alla metro. Il personale non parla inglese. Le camere hanno l'aria condizionata rotta e fa molto caldo anche in primavera. La posizione dell'hotel non è quella nella mappa!!!!”

The location was great for shopping, public transport (metro station and taxi rank) and lots of food options (local and western) with several malls within walking distance. Ultra modern bathroom. Great night life nearby also within walking distance. Spacious balcony with awesome view of the city. Forbidden City and Tianamen Square a short taxi ride from the apartment. ”
