Perched atop a lush hill at 530 meters above sea level, this extraordinary villa boasts a privileged position on the border between the enchanting provinces of Siena and Pisa. It offers an idyllic retreat for those seeking peace and beauty amidst the Tuscan landscape. Enveloped in greenery, the villa perfectly balances tranquillity with scenic splendour. The panoramic view is nothing short of breathtaking, encompassing much of the charming surrounding landscape, including the picturesque medieval village of Casole d'Elsa, a mere 6 km away. With its spectacular sunsets and the serene Tuscan countryside, this villa truly presents a feast for the eyes.

The villa stands gracefully on the hillside, spread elegantly across three floors. Outside, guests can enjoy a large courtyard, a well-maintained rustic park, and a private terraced swimming pool measuring 15 m x 7.5 m, available from April to October. This space promises moments of relaxation, making it the perfect spot to bask in the Tuscan sun.

For those eager to explore some of Italy's most captivating cities of art, this villa offers easy access to San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, and Florence, all reachable in less than an hour.

The villa is furnished with great love for details in typical Tuscan style and provided with all modern facilities.

We had a great stay with our whole family in this amazing house. Very large pool and perfect views. The house was very clean and surprisingly big. Communication with the owner was great.

Het was echt fantastisch om hier met alle kinderen en hun partners te zijn. Zoals al eerder vermeld is de weg er naartoe niet standaard én..... je kom boven hoor! In het verblijf is echt alles voorhanden. Zorg wel dat je de eerste boodschappen bij je hebt anders moet je weer naar beneden (20 min. rijden). Wij deden onze boodschappen bij de Euro Spin, een grote supermarkt in Colle di Val d’Elsa. Er was een mooi en goed onderhouden zwembad zoals op de foto's aangegeven.Verder hadden we ook een aantal koks op een avond ingehuurd, die echte Italiaanse gerechten voor ons klaarmaakten ((een aanrader en te boeken via het kantoor van de verhuur). Dus............. wil je er echt even uit met je familie..... boek dan dit huis! Davide (goed bereikbaar via mobiel en app) en familie heel hartelijk bedankt voor de onvergetelijke tijd.

Le Campore is a beautifully restored villa at the top of a hillside, reached by a long dirt track. Initially you do wonder where you are going, following the owner, Davide, who helpfully guides you in. Wow, it is worth it! The views are breathtaking, and there are a choice of terraces, and the large infinity pool. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, and offers many choices and levels. Although the kitchen is small, it is functional, but outside living is the order of the day. The visiting chef(s) is a MUST..such good value...food and accompanying wine superb. Davide was so helpful, and communication was excellent. For a really secluded getaway, this is perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

This house is just amazing. The views from the terraces are just breathtaking. We were 8 adults staying here and had no problems with the accommodations. The owner was very attentive to our problems and took care of them immediately. My only issue was the road to get there. It was a little difficult to negotiate, but we managed. The owner's father, Giorgio, mentioned that they were going to attend to the road in the winter, so that would make this a wonderful place for a vacation. Consider this spot, if you're staying in this area. Just wonderful. Augie, Lucia, Tom, Rita, Dom, Camille, Daniella, & Pino.

We were a group of 6 couples. The property is stunning and much bigger than I imagined from the photos. Our group had more. than ample space and everybody loved their rooms and the property overall. The ergonomics of the main floor kitchen was the only place that could get congested but having said that we could have used the additional facilities on other floors. The pool is very large but a little cool for a few of the less hardy of our group. The views are stunning. On three of the evenings we utilized the Private Chef service as this was a massive hit with everybody - Every course was enjoyed! The road to the property is challenging and perhaps presented a bit of an obstacle to getting out and sightseeing the local area more than we did. The other side of this is the privacy and serenity enjoyed at the villa. The family owners were a delight to work with and on arrival we were met in the town and taken to the property which was very helpful. Everything went smoothly at all times.

De nombreux points positifs: Très belle bâtisse en pierre avec plusieurs espaces en terrasse.. La piscine est superbe et vraiment spacieuse. Le panorama sur les collines toscanes est à couper le souffle. Le calme aux alentours, seulement le bruit des cigales et grillons... Le propriétaire Davide, ainsi que son père, sont adorables et très réactifs à la moindre question. En revanche, l'électro-ménager est vieillissant dans l'ensemble, ainsi que la literie, et cela mériterait un renouvellement pour un gite de ce standing. Il faut également souligner que l'accès au gite demande d'emprunter un long chemin caillouteux, environ 15 min depuis la route principale... le prix de la tranquillité sans voisins !

We had a wonderful stay, the house is exactly as described but the experience is better! The views are outstanding and Davide and his family very welcoming and helpful. The bars and restaurants in Casole d’ Elsa are worth visiting too. Our family had a fantastic time! Perfect for a large gathering of family or friends. Grazie Davide!

Our group of 12 had a most wonderful time at this beautiful Villa. Perfect for extended family members who want some space at times, but a large table for everyone to gather for visiting . Of course this is the perfect location for drinking Tuscan wines and eating fabulous Italian food. Yes, the driveway is very windy and narrow so the drivers needed wine after negotiating the long climb up the dirt road. Marvelous family vacation and the Owners and property manager were all wonderful.

We had one of the best vacations ever at this lovey place. Although located at quite remoted place on the top hill – it has a breathtaking view of Tuscany –certainly a great way to feel the area. The house itself is well equipped , pleasant very clean rooms , good size pool and well maintained large garden . Due to our late flight we were schedule to arrive toward midnight – and both the agency and the owners coop with that late arrival . Davide the owner was so kind to wait for us at the near village patrol station at midnight – just to take us through the off road 10 min drive up the hill to the villa – not an easy drive but certainly can be done with normal vehicle (we had a 9 seat van which also made it – but take it easy on the sharp road angles at the forest ). His father – Georgio – is such a pleasant guy – brought us woods for the fireplace and was so cooperative for anything we needed. Note that food wise- the you need to arrange everything for your stay (even basic such as paper salt and sugar ..) – as the nearest small supermarket is in Casole D'Elsa (a 15 min drive down the rough road ) or a larger supermarket is 30 min away . The heat is working well at the first and second floor – but the basement is not heated and can be quite cold (there is a small a air-condition which does not do the job , and fire place which we did not try (we used the one at the kitchen at the ground floor ) – but the owner was cooperative and brought us a small electric fan to warm the room – it helped a bit at the cold night – but at those warmer day we did not used it either . All in all it is a beautiful spot – well maintained – with lovely owners and good agency . menachem

Villa très agréable, grande gentillesse du propriétaire, site magnifique avec une vue époustouflante sur les collines de Toscane, dans une région où tant de choses sont à admirer et à découvrir. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, was uns bei der sehr schönen Villa nicht schwer fiel. Wir haben nichts vermisst und fühlten uns sehr wohl! Das Haus, die Anlage und der Pool waren in einem sehr guten Zustand! Wir wurden vom Vermieter und der Agentur sehr gut und sehr nett betreut. Kurzum, diese Adresse ist wirklich empfehlenswert! Die Anfahrt über 3,5 km Schotterweg mit bis zu 18 % Steigung ist abenteuerlich und einem neuen Auto würde ich es nicht antun. Zum nächsten Coop sind es ca 18 km und das zieht sich dann, also gut überlegen was man mitnimmt bzw einkauft. Dafür hat man aber Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe. Das Haus ist über die 3 Etagen sehr schön angelegt. Oben hat man 2 Schöne DZ mit einem gemeinsamen Bad, kleiner Küche und Aufenthaltsraum - die beiden letzteren blieben von uns ungenützt, da wir alles in der Küche im EG erledigten und immer auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt bzw gegessen haben, was sehr schön war. Im EG sind 2 weitere DZ mit einem gemeinsamen Bad. Im UG ist ein sehr großes Zimmer mit Doppelbett und Ausziehcouch. Dieses Zimmer wurde von 2 Jungs genutzt. Das Zimmer daneben ist auch sehr geräumig und hat ein französisches Bett. Dies wurde von mir und meiner Partnerin genutzt. Leider hatt dieses keine Tür, sondern einen schweren Vorhang zur Abtrennung zum Billardraum. Beide Zimmer haben Dusche. Was negativ auffiel ist der etwas modrige Geruch in den Zimmern und am Inventar - sind halt Kellerräume die nicht so perfekt zu lüften sind. Dafür war im UG der Wasserdruck beim Duschen ok, was in den oberen Duschen schon eine kleine Geduldsprobe war. Geschirr und Kochutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden, sogar Geschirrtücher und die Spülmaschine ist bei 12 Personen Gold wert. Die Kaffeemaschine mussten wir erst entkalken um in überschaubarer Zeit Kaffee zu bekommen. Das Gas für das Kochfeld ging am vorletzten Tag aus, was aber kein Problem war, da noch 2 elektrische Kochplatten vorhanden sind. zu nächtlicher Stunde ist leider auf der Terasse das Licht nicht ausreichend für Spiel - also Taschenlampen nicht vergessen. Licht wir über Zeitschaltuhr um ca 21 Uhr ein- und um 24 Uhr wieder ausgeschalten - auch das am Pool. Und damit komme ich zum Highlight der Anlage - der Pool mit 15 x 7 Metern einfach riesig, vorne mit halbrunden, stufenförmigen Einstieg - für kleine Kinder und älter Leute ideal. Bis zur Mitte ist er etwa 1,1 m tief und fällt dann auf auf ca 1,5 m ab. Es sind etwa 8 Liegen, 4 Stühle und 4 Schirme vorhanden. Die Schirme sind etwas in die Tage gekommen, gehen aber noch. Der Hausmeister kommt einmal unter der Woche zur Poolreinigung vorbei - ist überaus nett, spricht aber nur italienisch. Dieser hat uns auch das Haus übergeben und war bei der Abfahrt da und hat auch die Kaution geregelt. Alles in Allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub - wir würden wieder hinfahren
