Bel Sogno, un "bel sogno" ..... speriamo che ti sentirai allo stesso modo dopo aver trascorso del tempo nella nostra casa italiana.

Vicino all'antica città collinare di Volterra, circondata dal verde della campagna toscana, sorge Villa Bel Sogno. Parte di Borgo Collevicchi, siamo sulla cima di una collina nel cuore della Toscana con vista mozzafiato sulle valli vicine. Questo annesso agricolo recentemente restaurato contiene il nostro appartamento. Il nostro appartamento è circondato da giardini e cipressi, tutti riflettenti del perfetto paesaggio toscano. Ha tutti i comfort moderni ma cattura l'atmosfera toscana di architettura e design.

Ognuna delle due camere da letto ben arredate ha il proprio condizionatore d'aria per offrire comfort durante le calde notti estive. Per godere della dolce brezza della natura, sono state installate schermate di bug su binari metallici per consentire alle doppie porte di rimanere aperte senza far entrare le piccole creature della natura.

Goditi bellissimi sogni sui nostri materassi pillow top in entrambe le camere. La camera da letto principale dispone di 2 letti singoli extra lunghi che possono essere collegati per formare un letto king size o da godersi separatamente. Il master ha anche un bagno privato. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto matrimoniale estraibile. C'è un secondo bagno completo a disposizione degli ospiti.

La cucina è dotata di fornelli a gas, forno, lavastoviglie e frigorifero pieno. L'appartamento dispone anche di una lavatrice con cortile privato per asciugare all'aria la biancheria. L'intero appartamento si trova al piano terra e non ha scale, facile per bambini piccoli o ospiti con problemi di mobilità.

Goditi i pasti all'aperto sotto la pergola nel tuo giardino privato mentre assapora le viste panoramiche di Volterra. Dopo cena, goditi un bicchiere di vino sul divano all'aperto e poi goditi il tramonto dalla terrazza della piscina.

Una piscina panoramica rende il borgo un luogo ancora più speciale e rilassante dopo una giornata trascorsa visitando la Toscana. La piscina è aperta da metà giugno a inizio settembre (in seguito, se consentito dalle condizioni meteorologiche) e misura 8 metri per 4 metri.

Brilliant accommodation in a stunning setting. An incredibly peaceful part of Italy with plenty to see and do. The house was superbly presented and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Im Juni 2025 waren wir mit Freunden für eine Woche Gäste im Bel Sogno. Der Bick in die Natur und auf Volterra sowie die Lage sind einfach nur wunderbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll. Das Haus ist sauber und absolut empfehlenswert.Zu kritisieren ist der Zustand der Duschen: Die Silikonabdichten an den Duschabtrennungen müssten erneuert werden

Under the Tuscan sun

Wow!! The beauty of this location is hard to describe- it was like living in a painting! The house was perfect for our family of 5. It was a great home base to discover nearby towns like Volterra and San Gimignano. Luigi’s restaurant on the property was a highlight! It was very hot while we were there and soaking in the pool and admiring the view was pureMagic! We will be back!

Astonishing! Amazing! Incredible! We absolutely loved our time in Bel Sogno. The property is immaculately clean, exquisitely maintained, and has everything you could want. (Including the most comfortable beds we have experienced in Europe.) The location is perfect. And the people are fantastic. Eric and Tania were absolutely lovely to work with and Luigi and his family (who maintain the property and run the Agriturismo restaurant on the grounds) are just wonderful. Several times since we left, everyone in my family (including the teenagers) have said “I miss Luigi!” If you plan to spend time in Tuscany, this is a perfect home base. Make sure you eat at least one meal at Santa Vittoria, Luigi’s restaurant. The food is incredible, the service couldn’t be better, and the views are unparalleled. We hope to return to Tuscany someday and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Stay in Tuscany

We absolutely adored this property! The pictures dont do it justice. The apartment itself was spacious and clean and the grounds were amazing. Everything we could have hoped for for our stay in Tuscany! Also, Luigi and his family (the owners of the property and restaurant) were sweet and helpful. The owners of the VRBO were great with communication and suggestions and even when we had a small problem with the washer. I would absolutely recommend this place to others!

Tuscan Treasure

We truly loved our stay at Bel Sogno. We stayed 5 nights with friends and did not want to leave. The Villa was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. Luigi the property manager was available for questions and communication was very easy. We enjoyed our dinners and breakfast at his nearby agriturismo. The town of Volterra was lovely and we enjoyed our drives through the Tuscan countryside. But the best part of our entire stay was the time we spent on the lovely patio enjoying the beautiful view. Truly magical

Eric and Tania’s villa was truly a delight to stay in. My bestie and I each had our own comfortable bedroom and our own bathroom as well. The views were amazing in every direction and Luigi makes delicious cappuccinos. We rented a car in Florence very easily and had no trouble finding Santa Victoria. Eric and Tania provided tons of great local gems for us to check out. Highly recommend Villa Bel Sogno!

10 magical days in Tuscany!

Our stay at Eric and Tania’s Tuscan treasure was beyond our expectations! Lovely, well appointed villa overlooking magnificent scenery in the Tuscan hills with Volterra in the background. Every aspect (reservations, check in, communications, responsiveness from owners, villa amenities) were top notch! This location gave excellent access to so many areas of Tuscany within day drives, and for those evenings that you want to park the car, a very short walk across the parking lot leads you to Luigi’s panoramic restaurant. Delicious food! The large pool area was wonderful to spend an afternoon at, and our private terrace for evening drinks and dining was even better. We would highly recommend Eric and Tania’s beautiful Tuscan Villa, so well situated at Borgo Collevicchi!

Beautiful apartment with stunning views

The apartment is cozy and well equipped. A/C was very welcome during hot summer days. The terrace is lovely and offers a great view of Volterra. Volterra can be reached by in car in about 10 minutes and worth every visit -- a beatiful town with nice restaurants, museums, some shops and supermarkets. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and can absolutely recommend the apartment to everyone looking for a wonderful time in Tuscany!

Beautiful location with great views of Tuscany hills

The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing on the apartments patio soaking up the countryside views. Quick and easy check in and great communication with hosts. Highly recommend if you are looking for a home base to explore Tuscany or just a quiet place to relax. We did eat at the agriturismo restaurant across the way and it was amazing. Highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful Bel Sogno

We had another beautiful holiday at Bel Sogno - this was our second stay. It was again very clear it was a good decision to come back. Everywhere you look is just beautiful - feels like you’ve jumped into a painting. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. The pool is wonderful and refreshing in the August heat. This trip we drove all the way from the uk, this was 2 days of driving, we were pretty exhausted but within the first few hours we felt completely relaxed and this is due to the environment and beautiful surroundings. Dinners at Luigi’s (on site) are great quality along with beautiful sunsets. We LOVE Volterra - to us just as nice if not nicer than some of a larger more famous towns but without the crowds. We enjoyed paninis for lunch from a little sandwich shop just off of the main square (which always has a queue) they were delicious along with the kids to favourite gelato spots - chic & Shock or L'isola del Gusto. Hosts are very responsive to any queries and welcoming to their home. We can’t wait to come back again - Volterra and Bel Sogno are very special.

Magical week in Tuscany

We stayed at Bel Sogno for a week to attend a wedding near Volterra. It was a magical time. The views from the property were stunning. The outdoor space was amazing and the indoor spaces were comfortable and well-furnished. We made cappuccinos daily to enjoy with croissants that we purchased from the nearby farmhouse. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed and the house attractively furnished. I'm still thinking about our time there. This stay was a perfect getaway after a hectic week in Rome and Florence—our thanks to hosts Tania and Eric and manager Luigi for the perfect Tuscan retreat.

Comfort and serenity

This rental has everything you could possibly need and more. It was so comfortable, we felt like we were in our own home. But the bonus was an incredible view and the location. We definitely recommend having Arianna and Friends come to the house for cooking class. It has been the highlight of our trip so far.
