“The cabin was very nice and clean. It was also very pet-friendly, we took our puppy with us and we all had a great time. We also was traveling with my fiancée great grandparents and the host was very kind about letting us have a later checkout to get everything packed up! We will most definitely be coming back soon!!”

“Overall excellent place to stay. Clean and very nice with plenty of space. Only thing to be aware of is loud music coming from mudpuppys. Seems to end about 11pm so if you’re early to bed you may have trouble going to sleep but overall a great location and experience! Would Def stay again!”

“I loved the parking and the quaintness. The value for the money was definitely worth it. The room was very clean. The check in was seamless and I like that it is privately owned by a family. The downside is when I arrived the TV was on loud, I thought maybe housekeeping kept it on while cleaning but once I got completely moved in and settled I turned the TV off only to hear the screeching AC unit. I could have complained or asked to be moved but I’m disabled and the last thing I wanted to do...

“The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Easy check in and out. Nice updated clean room. It was quiet, so no trouble sleeping. Temperature was adjustable which was great! I love a cold room for sleeping. We would stay here again!”

“I had the room in the rear of the building. I guess that since I paid the Expedia price, this was the “budget” room? I had the room with a stain underneath the mattress… not sure if that’s a drink or human fluid of some kind. The room smelled terrible… it smelled really bad. I was so tired from long distance driving that I did not want to bother. I had high expectations based on the reviews but I am not at all impressed.”

“We have never stayed in Townsend before during all of our stays to the Smokies. I loved being away from the hustle of crowds. The Parkman was the first place I googled for Townsend area. They allowed my pet which was a must. The room and property were both clean. The staff were polite. It was just me and the hubby for our 10 year anniversary, so the room given was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Townsend.”
