Red Villa on Lionsrest - a tropical garden 500m from the Atlantic beach

Our property is located on the outskirts of the fishing village of Mondoukou (also called Asséoufoué), a district of Grand Bassam. It is a mixture of small farm and tropical garden with several residential and utility buildings, free-range chickens, its own vegetable garden, coconut palms, mango, almond, cashew trees, passion fruit... depending on the season for harvesting on the doorstep. Our bird world is correspondingly diverse.
The fishing village with traditional fishing by pirogue and the Atlantic beach are about 500 m away from us.
The house for rent (for 4 people) with 80 m² of living space consists of 1 living-dining room with large kitchenette and 2 bedrooms, furnished. There is a TV in the living-dining area. The bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, have air conditioning. The shower room has hot water preparation. The kitchenette is equipped with sink, gas stove, refrigerator, pots, dishes/cutlery etc. The rooms are designed so generously that guests with walkers or wheelchairs can move around.The overnight price includes water costs, basic equipment, bed linen and towels on arrival and final cleaning. Not included in the accommodation price are electricity consumption and catering. Laundry service on request.
