From arriving till leaving I felt at home and the staff took care of anything and everything. When I say that, I mean it. This morning (I've just left) the hotel manager, Miguel, heard I couldn't make it to breakfast due to meetings before checking out, so he made me a to go breakfast, based on what I had for the last 3 days, and had it delivered to my room so I wouldn't...”

    “Could not get service at any restaurant or bar. Staff would look at us then serve other people that came in after us. When asked if certain foods were gluten free they said yes then found out that the food was not and got very sick . Would not recommend this resort”

The room identified as garden view actually face the parking of the nearby resort which has a disco that do not let you sleep up to 1 o’clock in the morning. Swimming pool is very small and not for swimming”
