Stayed with Pullman many times earlier and used to like. However after experience this time, we are very sure, we wont be staying here again.
Not happy how the reception handled my checkout.
they charged me for room key a) it was never told that it would be chargeable b) what would i do with the key..
i was told that 1 mug was missing. told them that i would not know or it wasn't damaged. so it should be in the room. anyway the front office went ahead and charged. told them do they expect us to check each item before check in. what if it wasnt there. she didnt have any answer.
well it is not about money, but the way it was handled was very unprofessional.
what i am very sure, we wont not be staying at this hotel.
