"I see quality of service and facility has dropped from my previous stays. Staff is ok. Bathrooms need maintenance and repairs. Reception has not enforcement of lines. People just cut you off to get what they want and staff keeps serving them while you wait patiently in lines. Restaurant for buffet ..."
