Customer service was nice to us, after informing Small suites, no too much space between bed/sofa and wall. if you are there in summer time and you need a bit warmer room please let the front desk know ..."

It’s okay, not the best not the worst
"It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and not strong enough to do much with. The location is good. Not a lot of parking either, pool is available for 1 euro per room."

"Clean, warm and comfortable apartment. Kind and helpful staff, easy check in and out. Breakfast option is a bonus, but need to get in early, my favourite makovy pastry were running out quickly:) Pleasant stay, novy smokovec has lots to offer!"

"Viktig: hotellet er ikke hvor kartet peker i Tatranaká Lomnica, men i Žakovce! Om dette er viktig for deg, ikke velg dette hotellet.
