“Everything was amazing, only issue we had was the spotlight a foot away from the window shining in, made it seem like daylight outside even with both blinds closed. Other than that, staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. Would stay again”

“Easy parking. Walk to SU. Nicely renovated. Staff were super helpful and accommodating. After I checked-in at night, I asked the staff at the bar if I can put my mini ice pack in the freezer. She was very helpful and went extra miles to take my mini ice pack to the basement fridge. BTW. They have mini fridge in the room. In the morning, another lady at the front desk gladly and swiftly retrieved my mini freezer pack from downstairs upon my check-out. Had a nice night sleep after a hot shower.”

“Great hotel to stay at close to the Syracuse International Airport. The breakfast is nothing great but the shuttle service to the airport is very good. Shuttle service runs every half hour. We stayed at this location on the night of our arrival and on the night before our departure. It is only a 10-minute shuttle ride from the airport.”
