This cozy vacation apartment is located on the first floor and offers approximately 45 m² of space for up to four people. The layout is particularly practical: there is a double bed in both the combined living and sleeping area and in the separate bedroom. This makes the apartment ideal not only for families but also for couples who are friends or guests who prefer separate sleeping arrangements.
The bright living area invites you to relax after an eventful day of vacation. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals, including an oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The bathroom rounds out the apartment’s comfortable amenities.

A real highlight of the guesthouse is the approximately 4,500 m² garden property, lovingly landscaped. Amid flowering beds, mature trees, and two idyllic ponds, numerous seating areas and terraces invite you to linger. The herb garden is also freely available to all guests.

Families with children will enjoy the spacious garden, which offers plenty of room to play. A swing set, a trampoline, a soccer field with a goal, and a bocce court ensure hours of fun in the fresh air.

In the cozy common room, you’ll find board games, books, numerous suggestions for day trips, and informational materials about the region. After a wonderful day of vacation, this is a great place to strike up a conversation and exchange ideas with other guests about the best bike routes, day trip destinations, or hidden gems in the area. A beverage refrigerator is also available.

A shared utility room with a washing machine, dryer, clothes racks, ironing board, and cushions for the patio furniture is available to all guests. Free Wi-Fi and a parking space right next to the house are, of course, available. For our youngest guests, a crib and high chair can be provided free of charge.
