“Bin schon das zweite mal dort zu Gast gewesen. Sehr nettes Personal und ein wahnsinnig tolles Frühstück. Viele unterschiedliche frische Brote und Brötchen. Die Beilagen waren sehr lecker. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und edel eingerichtet. ”

“Owner was very kind. Brought us tea and made us feel very welcome. The bed was comfortable and the room large. A nice guest house in a quiet neighborhood. ”

“Unit is self contained so no contact required with owners/staff. I received instructions the day we arrived on how to access the room as we were going to arrive after 8pm, so not sure if we had arrived earlier if that would have been different. We didn’t order breakfast but I understand it arrives by basket and is left outside. Nice room/apartment set back from Sint Paulusplaats. Easy to find from Antwerpen Centraal Station. We took trams 10 and 7 with a change at Nationale Bank. Close to bars...

“They cancelled my booking, i only found out after i traversed Brussels to the property. To cancel, they messaged on WhatsApp from a french number (we are in Belgium) . They told me an unknown company name and said booking cancelled - they didn’t explain who they are so I didn’t know what it was about and assumed it was a scam. they would not reply to me when i asked for explanation. I had to chase them for a refund through the app in the end. It feels like a scam ”

“We had a great 3 night stay at Boutique B&B Graaf. Rooms are unique and location is great, as you can easily walk to the city center in short time. Hosts are very friendly and having possibility to use sauna in the inner yard is great addition. We will definitely stay again if we get back to Ghent! Place doesn't have many reviews here at hotels.com, but it is legit and very cool place to stay, so we highly recommend! ”

"Ragazzo al check in molto gentile. Camera apparentemente pulita ma casualmente ci è caduto un orecchino sotto al letto e quando siamo andate a riprenderlo c’era il mondo lì sotto. Al check out, nonostante avessimo richiesto più volte la divisione dei conti (per questo era stato scelto il pagamento in hotel), il receptionist, confermando la pre autorizzazione, ha prelevato l’importo direttamente dalla carta data a garanzia. Hotel abbastanza lontano dal centro e la stazione metro più vicina è davvero pericolosa."
