“Not sure how this got such high stars. Never stayed at Home 2 suites and Will Not again. I like to go in and be Welcomed when arrived.. Was Not. Not a word. I said I was checking in... never ask name... just typing looked at me And I then said name, went back to typing....All staff from night before and that morning was just in T shirts and whatever kind of pants.
