“The room was spotless and beautiful - stocked with everything you could need. The complimentary snacks and beverages were such a thoughtful & welcomed touch - we drank ALL the water. The tea was wonderful!! I truly expect we will come back (hopefully without muddy boots)”

“Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever checked into. Filthy rooms filthy hotel. Under construction. It has no breakfast even though it says there’s breakfast. It was so bad. I did not stay. I checked into a different hotel.”

“great place to stay. love that no pets are allowed! (except service animals, of course) don't even mind that the breakfast is light since Caribou Coffee is across the parking lot. I would stay again if I was in the area.”

“Clean room. Room was standard. View of the roof of casino. We were not there for the casino, instead, a show so really can’t rank casino ”

“Horrible staff. Condescending and ignorant at the same time.. was left waiting for a member to come to the desk for over 20 minutes! After the 20 minutes I helped myself to the master key behind the desk to re-enter my room (pics for proof). I would never stay here again, and am honestly rethinking best western in general because of this experience. Also all digital amenities do not function (Netflix, on-demand, etc.) so be prepared for basic cable and a basic hotel.”
