“Arrived after midnight, 1st room smelled like mold and mildew had to request a 2nd. That room smelled same, so requested a 3rd which brought me to the 2nd floor. Desk worker claimed he walked it, and was fine. Wrong. After 30 minutes and now requesting my 4th room after declining a refund they put me in a room that had a couch, so slept on that for 4 hours and left immediately due to the mattress springs poking through the bed. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms, that by far was my worst...

“Property was brutal. Pulled in parking lot and property looked nothing like photos online. Run down, broken windows, screens popped out. As we are sitting in car an employee was dragging a mattress, on ground, and through the front door. That was the final straw. Front desk said to put in request for refund in email then denied it.”
