“The room was fabulous! My only complaint would be the parking situation. My car was 1 inch too big to park at the hotel carousel, so we had to park at a nearby parking garage. That ended up being very expensive!! And I was afraid to walk back to the hotel from the parking garage by myself in the dark. ”

“The host was very good to work with. The house was small but clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer were a nice plus. ”

“The parking situation isn’t ideal. We were stuck driving around for an hour until we could find a spot to park near the rental. And the metal covering out front on the road is hopefully temporary because every time a car would go over it, it would make a loud “THUNK THUNK” sound that you could hear all the way in the back in the bedrooms. Needless to say, we were not well rested either night we stayed because of that sound. ”

“The layout is perfect given the size and dimensions of the unit. Very clean and comfortable place, very well located, and well equipped with necessary items for our 4-day trip. We walked or took a short Uber ride anytime we went out. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Our son and Daughter in law were with in walking distance. And we could walk to restaurants. That was wonderful, just disappointed that it wasn't clear this was a second floor unit. My husband has visual impairment and this caused him some problems. The steps are on color and he had trouble distinguishing each step. Loved the area would have preferred lower unit.”

“David was very welcoming. We loved the amenities. The kitchen had all the utensils, dishware, etc. that we needed. I also really appreciated the filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator. Also, the bathroom was fully stocked with everything we needed.”

“More signage needed to find this unit since it’s tucked behind Southbound restaurant. When you enter the driveway, veer left at the “Y” and preferably have a very small car as it is a tight squeeze, very challenging to park. The unit is a basement & could have used a dehumidifier or two. Kitchen was well/stocked with modern appliances. Really needs space in the bathrooms to set your cosmetic bag, curling irons, etc. I’ll attach a pic of the pedestal sink showing the ”

“The place was really comfortable. Everything was exactly as described. It was very clean when we arrived. The air conditioners, kitchen equipment, and tv’s all worked perfectly. There was even a small fenced in area for the dogs to play and do their business. ”

“Loved this place. Perfect size for the two of us, close to king street but a little farther of a walk…everything was clean and set up great! Loved it! ”
