Rimodellare appena completato! Diventa uno dei primi ospiti a godersi la nostra nuova camera da letto con due bagni.

Tutto nuovo: moquette, divani, letti, biancheria da letto, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile in cucina e bei pavimenti in legno rifinito.

House ha un bar in cucina e un tavolo da pranzo. Godetevi la TV via cavo sul nuovo televisore a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e in entrambe le camere da letto. Abbiamo anche internet WiFi per la vostra convenienza.

Il bagno e le due camere da letto sono al secondo piano. Il bagno ha una nuova vasca / doccia combinata e nuovi rivestimenti in piastrelle di ceramica. Abbiamo anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice per il vostro uso.

Forniamo saponi, shampoo, balsamo, detersivo per lavatrice, lenzuola asciugatrici, asciugamani da bagno, salviette, utensili da cucina, un asse da stiro e ferro da stiro, e tutti gli altri articoli di base necessari per rendere il vostro soggiorno facile e confortevole.

Old and well maintained house. A plus are the location, the air condition, washing machine and dryer a lot of towels, close walk distance to restaurants, fast internet and a very helpful host, Matt.

We were very pleased with this house! Great location, less than a quarter mile from our strongman competition which was nice to be able to run “home” between events of a long day! Very clean!! Stocked with what you need for a short getaway!

Very clean older home that is a duplex. Plenty of off street parking. Very nice town. Easy walk to the town square with great restaurants and nice local shopping.

The property is great. Cute front porch. Walking distance to the Valley Cafe where you should really get the Amish French Toast. This is our 2nd time staying at this house.

Unit is well kept. Comes with everything you would need. Owner is very nice and responsive. Unit is older and you can tell. It was nice to sit on the front porch and watch the traffic. I did think it was a single family unit, so I was a bit surprised when I pulled in the front driveway to see it was not. There are either two or three units attached (could not tell if the back was a 3rd unit or the back of the 2nd unit in the front.) Beds are all twin pushed together to make a king. We had to sleep sideways in the bed to avoid falling in the center of bed and getting stuck.

We were running out of room in our Wadsworth home to house all of our guests for Thanksgiving so we rented this house. It was perfect for them. It is near a lot of good places to eat so they could grab breakfast at their leisure and then come to our house when they were ready. All who stayed there liked their stay. It also cut down the bathroom loading at our Wadsworth home. There is a nice brewpub downtown that they visited one evening and we joined them.

We enjoyed our stay at Matt's VRBO in Wadsworth. It is super close to the square. We walked daily to the cafes and bakery. The library was great for my little kids to waste time playing. We will be looking into this property for future trips to Wadsworth to visit family. Thanks again Matt for the great experience!

We stayed here last year for the same annual family trip. It was just as we remembered. Clean, well stocked and roomy. Very well priced; just a no brainier in this little town. We will likely be back every October for as long as the family event continues.

This home had everything we needed and we loved the location. We walked more than we drove! Being 1 block off the square meant a short walk to everything - coffee, pastries, lunch and a great brewery for the size of the town! Will definitely stay here again for our next visit.

The house was everything is was said to be, newly renovated, etc. And it has character from it's past. Certainly appreciated staying here versus an overpriced hotel chain. We would definitely stay here again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this piece of history. The owners did a spectacular job of marrying new with historic. The house was very clean and inviting. The owner had a generous amount of towels and the beds were very comfortable. Awesome job!!! Will definitely be looking for this place on our visit to ThrOhio (axe throwing tournament).

Wife and I picked Wadsworth as it was centrally located to some things we wanted to mark off our bucket lists. Lehman's hardware store and White Feather Meats (bearded butchers) are a short drive away.

Couldn’t ask for a better place. Arrived early so we contacted Matt asked if we could check in a little early after our long drive. He could not have been nicer! Told us we could check in with no problem and if we had any concerns or needs, to reach out to him. The house was excellent.

It’s very old, but had everything we needed to be comfortable. The portable plug in fans were essential in the upstairs bedrooms as it would’ve been too warm otherwise. A dishwasher would’ve been nice, but I understand it may not be possible or sensible to add.

This place has everything you need whether you're on a short visit or a long term stay. The house is very well kept. It's a comfortable size as well. It was my sister, BIL, and myself and there was plenty of room in the living room, each bedroom had a king sized bed, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The location is also great! Just over a block from downtown and very convenient to get to neighboring towns if need be. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!
