The room was clean. Check-in desk staff was amazing, super friendly, and helpful. Bar/lounge employee was the rudest person I have ever spoken with and do not recommend her service. She is the reason for the 1 star service. Breakfast was good for a buffet style.

The bathroom door would not stay closed. Brown/ Black stains on the carpeting in the lavatory. The dishwasher was " out of order"; front desk manager did not mention this at check in.
