“Less than basic breakfast. Nothing warmed. Room was clean. Didn't love the fried chicken smell upon check-in. Love the picture in my room. ”

“The facility was great. The rooms are not overly soundproof so hallway noise carried clearly into our room. The restaurant Tap25 was incredible! They had delicious gluten free options and the prices were excellent. Adding a gluten free dessert option would be nice. ”

“Bare basic stay - room was clean. You had to walk through a plume of smokers to the enter the lobby. Only one of two elevators working- heat was at 30°C in the room and wasn’t turned down after requesting it to be lowered- they said it’s on a central system. ”

“Room was clean, restaurant was good and great service in there, front desk lady at check in was questionable, very abrupt, not much of a personality and when we put the empty coffee pot on the desk for her so maybe she’d make more coffee she just put back on coffee station empty ”

“Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice comfy place to stay! the staff was wonderful, the main area, breakfast area was so nice and clean! breakfast was so good and nicely set up, the pool was fun! We loved the room, it was so comfy and clean, really appreciated the amenity’s in the room! i will absolutely be staying here in the future :) ”

“Hot tube was broken but they left it on luke warm and didnt warn it was broken when booked or checked in. Pool was broken, daughter gashed her foot pretty bad on the bottom. Yheres one elevator, they choose to have the staff fill with thier carts while people check out so everyones waiting to use the small space one at a time meaning checkmout takes over an hour. We found out 3 days in they wouldnt clean our rooms or refill towels the whole stay. Forced to put towels and garbage in hallway to be...
