“Great front desk staff, breakfast was ok, not the greatest but not the worst either. Nice clean room however, beds were not comfortable and the pillows felt like resting your head on concrete, will not be staying again.”

“Overall the stay was good. However, for a handicapped person staying on the 2nd floor with no elevator available was challenging. The sitting chair had a wheel missing. Unable to use. It was mentioned to staff, but no response. For those guest like my husband and I who has a late evening flight the opportinity to have a later checkout time would be helpful. Some hotels charge an additional fee. Normally half price of daily room rate. And some hotels, have a holding space, at no charge, if guest...

“Lobby and breakfast area were clean and neat; food was fresh and tasty. Hallway carpet was torn up where there had been an apparent ice machine leak and smelled very musty with a heavy odor of disinfectant. After the first two uses, the coded room key-card didn't work and the lady at the front desk said she would let us in, but to get a new key we had to wait until that afternoon when her brother came in. “room ok though a bit spartan The really awful part was outside - bird excrement everywhere - Filthy - it was terribly hard to overcome that first impression when a bucket of soapy water and a pressure washer could have readily fixed the problem. I have no idea what was going but loud conversation interrupted our sleep several times during the night, not partying but even occured at 4;30 but clean am”
