  • Splendida e spettacolare vista da questo condominio di 2 camere da letto 2 con bagno completo in stile hawaiano sulla spiaggia. Un'unità d'angolo preferita. A pochi minuti dall'antica città hawaiana di Haleiwa (Hal-e-eve -a). Guarda le balene che si infrangono appena oltre la barriera corallina che protegge le acque e la spiaggia direttamente di fronte all'unità. Le tartarughe si vedono comunemente solo a piedi dalla riva e talvolta si gettano sulla sabbia. Godetevi l'area barbecue sulla spiaggia e la piscina. Pulire i pavimenti in legno con letto king size nella regina padronale e confortevole tirate giù nella camera da letto anteriore. Futon regina primavera interiore nel soggiorno per gli ospiti extra. Cucina completamente attrezzata Con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Lavatore e asciugatore. Sistema per il raffreddamento del vino. Parcheggio coperto riservato. Una vacanza perfetta per una o due coppie o famiglie!

Great location to relax on the beach.

Excellent view. Plenty of space for a family of four. The town of Haleiwa is close and the location of the condo is quite. We would stay here again.

The view is amazing. Being on the 4th floor allowed us to leave the sliding door open to have a constant ocean breeze. While the couch does make into a bed, the unit would be best as a 4 person accommodation. The bedroom also should have an air conditioner since there is not much air flow in there. The location and beach were perfect. Many turtles frequent that area and swim right up next to you. Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful family vacation in paradise!

Vacation from Hell!

Property Owner informed me the DAY BEFORE departure that our condo would be undergoing renovation to walkways, but we should have access via the stairs near her condo door. Wrong! That door was taped shut. We had no access to our condo from 8am-5pm Mon-Thur, the majority of our stay. Owner said she would give me credit for the "inconvenience" when she thought stairs were still in play. I told her I would pay $0 for the 4 days we had no access; I did not pay for a hostel. The option to look for other accommodations on such short notice was impossible since I did not know if I would get reimbursed for what I had already paid. I called Vrbo to understand what my rights were, but they were of no help. They just said I needed to deal with the owner. To add insult to injury, the condo is an oven. I knew it didn't have A/C, but it listed ceiling and floor fans, which in most places right by the ocean is sufficient. Not this one! The way it is designed, it has bad air circulation, made worse by us having to close it up Mon-Thur from 8-5 due to walkway maintenance! My family, (2 grandsons, daughter and son-in-law), slept mostly on the Murphy bed right by the sliding glass balcony door, and the sleeper sofa in the living room. The MBR was rarely used because of how hot it got. The kitchen is much tinier than portrayed in the pictures. Having 2 bathrooms and showers was good, but with no ventilation or A/C one could never feel "refreshed". From now on I will always make sure accommodations include A/C. Don't know how to prevent being confronted with maintenance issues other than always booking a hotel or resort - NOT through Vrbo where there are no guarantees.

Beautiful ocean front condo!

This condo is super clean and modern with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We watched whales and turtles from the window of the condo. The beach in front of the condo is very private, we hardly saw anyone else around. Soft, sandy beaches as far as you can walk. It was also really nice having a pool and hot tub to use anytime we wanted. The cute little town of Haliewa is a short drive from the condo where we found grocery stores, shopping and the best Taco Truck food I've ever had. We will definitely be back!

Great facility

The view was fabulous and the overall condition was very nice. There were a few minor items that should be addressed and two major items. Minor: 2 of 3 pendant lights in kitchen were not working. Notified Liz and she replaced two bulbs. Subsequently one failed again. Could be bad bulb or bad connection. Light outside front door was out. Playing with bulb it would flash on, but would not stay on. Made it very hard at night to find keyhole to unlock door. Could be bulb, but seemed more like a poor connection within the fixture. Did not report this one. Probably needs to be addressed by facility maintenance team for building. There were plenty of utensils to select from overall. However the condition of some was not very good. The can opener did not work very well. Essentially all of the shapr knoves were not very sharp at all. Rather on the cheap side with dings in the blades. I understand that having so many renters use these knives would make it difficult to keep nice. Major: Washing machine did not function properly. Two of the five cycles did not allow for use at all. That we could live with. However the spin cycle on the other three choices was hit and miss. Sometimes it would spin sometimes not. When it did not spin, you were left with soaking wet clothes to dry. Reported to Liz and she indicted the owners had contacted a repariman. Did not show while we were there as far as we know. Thus I believe the problem still exists. This was a big issue for us. Dishwasher soap dispensing cover spring was broken. Lid would not flip open during wash cycle and thus the soap remained after a complete wash cycle. We found this out after we used dishes in the cabinet and the soap from previous wash (before we got there) was still present. Not an appetizing feeling. Reported to Liz and she indicated same repairman that would look at the washing machine would look at this too. We had to run future washes putting the soap into the bottom of the unit. Not the best, but at least we knew the soap was getting dispensed. These two issues really should be fixed! Other than that, we had a great time in a wonderful unit. Would certainly consider returning in the future.

Falls short in some key areas

Overall the property was fine. The view is spectacular, unfortunately there is no lanai. The pool was one of our deciding factors when choosing this rental,We specifically asked how deep it is before we 100% committed to it. Apparently it is 6ft deep (which is great!) but the two weeks we were here it was too cold for anyone to swim in. The hot tub was opposite (luke warm!) so young children basically swam in the hot tub versus the pool. Also, no sun ever hits the pool area, so no laying by the pool either. The condo itself is very well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The washer and dryer definitely are a plus (going home with clean clothes!) There really isn’t a local bar or restaurant. We took Uber a few times into the nearest town versus our car rental. It ranged anywhere between $12- $30 depending on what time of night. The parking at the condo is VERY tight!! Do not rent a big SUV! All in all we had a very laid back,relaxing time and look forward to returning to the North Shore again in our future.

Great location, all supplies provided

My family - my husband and I and twin 16 year olds - stayed here for a week. The unit was exactly as described and was perfect for us. We really enjoyed snorkeling right in back with tons of turtles and enjoying the oceanfront view and breeze. I was really thankful for all of the supplies provided like beach towels, tons of kitchen supplies and condiments, games, snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
