“Great place to stay, cabin great with everything you could need. Staff awesome. Kids play area great, just didn’t have our kid with us. Access to beach across the road & Waihi Beach is just lovely.”

“Great spot for a quiet getaway, but equally close enough to easily get to Waihi Beach or Bowentown for some high quality beach and bush walks.Everything a couple needs to relax. Great little bbq for two.Hosts are nearby, but its still private enough you barely notice them.”

The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor pool was also a great bonus perfect for relaxing and enjoying some downtime. “A lovely spot within walking distance of town and the beach. The unit is spacious and although a bit dated it is very comfortable. It is quiet and reasonably private. Great value for money. The hosts are very obliging and great with their communication.”

“We were hardly there, it was a last minute decision to go to the Beach Hop. This unit was perfect for our short stay. Loved hearing the waves crashing on the beach. The shower was awesome, place was clean. Host was lovely and answered any messages quickly. Met the owner, he was also a lovely person : )”
