“We didn't receive the room that we booked. We asked the front desk, if we can have the room that we payed for. The told us to try and come the next day to see if we could have the room that we booked. Explained to them we have a disabled person. So we really needed that room. They offered us a shower chair. When they brought the chair, it was full with pee stains. Told the staff, that's not except able. They told us well that's the only one we had. The furniture had dry crusted stains on it. The...

“It's really a corner of paradise: still in Oahu, but far from the fuss of Waikiki (that you can always reach in 20 min by car). It's a place that instills the peace and serenity Hawaii are linked to, in everyone's mind. Room are spacoius and very confortable, personnel friendly and always willing to help, but the thing I enjoyed the most was chilling on the patio while watching at the bay, especially just before sunset”

“Room looked to be clean when we first showed up then soon after getting our first meal for the day and coming back to the hotel. We find roaches everywhere on the floor, the wall, and even the fridge. We were even worried if any got into our suitcase because there was a time when we found a roach on our luggage. Don’t get me wrong we had fun but not because of the hotel. Hawaii is amazing just that this hotel definitely was the downside to the trip.”
