Upstairs bedroom has a king bed, downstairs bedroom has 2 double beds, and a sofa bed in the living room provides extra sleeping space. Central air conditioning keeps every corner comfortable while you rest or reconnect after a day by the sea.

Parking: There is only one designated parking spot for this unit. There are visitor spots that can be used during the day on a first come first served basis. If you have another vehicle, you will need to make different arrangements for parking that vehicle off-property

This complex is pretty strict about the parking policy.



Please note that this property is not pet-friendly. Unauthorized pets are not permitted. If a pet is found on the premises without prior approval, we will request immediate removal and apply a non-refundable fee of $1,000.
