CERCHI UN Ocean View Condo? THIS IS IT !! Questa bella unità è completamente ristrutturato con molti extra inclusi. La cucina gourmet è stata rinnovata con tutti i nuovi armadi Koa e nuovi elettrodomestici. Non troverai una cucina più bella! Tanto incluso - spezie e condimenti.

OTTIMA POSIZIONE !! Situato tra il Waikoloa Hilton e Waikoloa Marriott Hotels.

Vi diamo il benvenuto alla nostra bellissima Hawaiian Retreat! Questo condominio è la nostra sogno di lunga vita e ci piace condividere con gli altri che amano le Hawaii come piace a noi. Siamo al 2 ° piano (unità di fine) e hanno un grande involucro intorno LANAI che è circondato da alberi di frangipani e palme ondeggianti. Seduto sul lanai al mattino con il caffè fresco Kona o guardare il tramonto in serata - sai che sei in paradiso!

La nostra unità è vicino al 75 'salina piscina riscaldata e 2 vasche idromassaggio. Abbiamo un parcheggio stallo assegnato e l'ascensore è vicino. Se ti piace, il golf, questo è il posto per voi. -Il WAIKOLOA BEACH e KINGS GOLF COURSE sono due dei molti campi da golf vicino a noi.

Si tratta di un facile 5 a 10 minuti a piedi da una bellissima spiaggia di sabbia nera e bianca a A-Bay! I Vistas sono i condomini vicini al Hilton Waikoloa Hotel con la sua Dolphin Quest e gite in barca gratuite in tutto il resort. Dall'altra parte di noi è il Waikoloa Marriott, che ha una grande luau il sabato e il mercoledì sera. Tutti raggiungibili a piedi!

A 5 minuti a piedi si arriva ai Kings Shop o al Queen's Market. Negozi e ristoranti si trovano lì. Una grande aggiunta al Mercato della Regina è un nuovo negozio di alimentari gourmet dove troverete una panetteria, carni fresche, pesce, produrre e un negozio di vini. Il mercoledì troverete il mercato di un agricoltore presso i Kings Shops.

Questo 2 camere 2 bagni condominio è stato appena appena ristrutturato. La bellissima isola di mobili e opere d'arte a tema è piacevole per gli occhi. Goditi i bellissimi tappeti tropicali, 2 grandi TV a schermo piatto intelligenti, BluRay DVD, centro di intrattenimento (i-pod ready) e comodi mobili nel soggiorno. Il nostro nuovo divano letto ha un cuscino-materasso.

Sono forniti di materassi di prima classe e biancheria. Abbiamo piumini sui letti. - Forniamo anche teli mare, boogie boards, un ombrellone, tagliatelle, stuoie da spiaggia, un rotolamento sdraio comprimibile più fresco e leggero per i nostri ospiti.

Il nostro lanai ha un tavolo da pranzo, barbecue, un nuovo gruppo di posti a sedere e ventilatori a soffitto.

La camera da letto padronale in più ha un bel letto a baldacchino, centro di intrattenimento e una zona salotto. Questa camera è dotata di ventilazione grande con 3 finestre di apertura e un ventilatore a soffitto. Tutte le finestre hanno persiane. Abbiamo completamente RESTITUITO IL BAGNO MASTER in bella pietra naturale. Come camminare in un centro benessere con la sua testa di pioggia e doccia a mano nella grande cabina doccia con un sedile. La bella camera da letto 2 ha un nuovo letto matrimoniale, un ventilatore a soffitto e di un proprio bagno completamente ristrutturato. Ogni bagno ha un hotel in stile specchio ingranditore e asciugacapelli illuminato. Troverete un ferro arricciacapelli e ferro da stiro per il vostro uso.

La nostra unità dispone di aria condizionata centralizzata e ventilatori a soffitto nel soggiorno, camere da letto, bagni, cucina e lanais.

Amazing location

Wonderful property with everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked including spices and all the cookware you can think of. Everything you need for the beach. Nice, quiet condo with a great location. We loved our stay here and would definitely return!

Enjoyable retreat

Condo was clean, nicely decorated and situated close to the pool as well as surrounding shops and restaurants. We never prepared any meals in the condo however the kitchen (very nice) appeared to be well-stocked with everything one might need to do so... we just preferred to eat out! We enjoyed sitting on the lanais in the morning and evenings. Being tall we did not find the couch and reclining chair too comfortable for lengthy sitting/watching TV. The only issue we encountered during our stay was with the AC. However, the owner was responsive, and the issue got resolved. Vista Waikoloa is a quite resort and the grounds are well kept. And Sylvia is great/quick about answering any questions you may have pre/post-booking through the end of your stay! Don't pass this up!

We so enjoyed spending our 2024 Holidays on the Big Island in this comfy, well appointed Condo. Sylvia has thought of everything. This means a lot when a long trip means you should pack light.The condo has a wonderful outdoor space and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is Resort Quality!

Beautiful condo in a great location

The condo is beautiful, well equipped and is in a great location. The lanai is huge, a great place for dining or lounging and enjoying the ocean view. Inside, the condo is spacious, has everything you need (in the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms), and beautifully decorated in Hawaiian style. For fun, there is everything you need for a great day at the beach - towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and snorkeling gear. The location is a short walk from the beach and shops and restaurants, and the complex itself includes a lap pool and a fitness center. Finally, the owners couldn't have been made things easier or been more helpful - sharing favorite places to eat, helping us with where we could rent stand up paddle boards, and more. We loved this place and will definitely be back.

Great place in Waikoloa!

Sylvia’s place was exactly as described and a beautiful place we called home for a week. The condo was stocked with everything you could ask for, including a goody basket on arrival! Beach toys, towels, chairs, umbrellas, you name it and it was there. We enjoyed sunsets at the nearby beach and the lanai is simply amazing. We had a lovely time and would stay here again for sure if we come back to Waikoloa! Thank you Sylvia!

Big Island Paradise

Great location to enjoy all the Big Island sites, restaurants and experiences. Waikaloa is convenient from the walking paths, to the well stocked island market to A beach and Lava Lava. Morning coffee on the lanai looking at the ocean will be missed back on the mainland.

Quiet paradise

Everything you ever wanted to use for cooking was in the kitchen. The furniture was rich and luxurious. Breakfast on the lanai and sitting on the outdoor couches at sunset was miraculous.

Wonderful Stay at Vista A201

This unit was one of the best rentals we ever stayed at. For various reasons: The entire rental experience was a breeze. The owner included thorough directions and recommendations that enabled us to be fully prepared both prior and during our stay. As far as the rental unit: This exceeded all of our expectations! You can tell the owner and operator put a lot of heart, soul, and upgrades into this rental. The unit has a great layout. The bedrooms are spacious, organized and provided lots of storage. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and organized with all the accessories needed to be comfortable. The unit supplied beach gear, which was very helpful for our trip – including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and towels. The kitchen has all the amenities necessary for a trip. For the chefs who want to cook. Various glassware, dishware, and cookware. Plus tons of cooking utensils. Even stuff for grilling. The patio was our favorite part. It is huge!! Way bigger than the pictures represent and has two sections, lots of table, space, chairs, and lounge seating. You can see the ocean from the patio (far in the distance). However, the prettiest view is just the grounds within Waikoloa. It’s lush and well groomed. Really felt like paradise We will definitely be staying at this unit again as we had an incredible family vacation staying at this unit and appreciate the care and details that the owner took to make our stay smooth and enjoy.

This condo has all you could think of and more. It’s a great location and decorated beautifully! Sylvia, is very detailed oriented with her instructions as well as decor in the condo. Amazing Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our immediate family. It was immaculately clean and organized with all the amenities we needed. A close walk to the ocean and beach area with walking paths and shopping areas. Gorgeous sunset views from the lanai. We highly recommend and will save for a future visit.

Perfect Location

This property was perfect for our family of 5 to visit Hawaii and spend time with family. The location was within walking distance to a beautiful oceanfront hike as well as shopping. But at the same time was situated in a quiet breezy community. My 3 girls especially enjoyed morning walks to Island Vintage Coffee shop in the King Shoppes for acai bowls.

Nice condo!

We had a great stay despite the circus in the condo above, I could hear them walk around everywhere, which is beyond the property owners control. The owner provided a lot of nice essentials like beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and umbrella.
