Bellissima Villa Hali'i Kai a Waikoloa Beach - Ristrutturata!

Bellissima villa a Kohala Coast con due camere da letto e due bagni nella lussuosa Hali'i Kai del Waikoloa Beach Resort. Utilizzato come seconda casa dai proprietari, ha tutte le comodità moderne e di alto livello di cui chiunque avrà bisogno per godersi comodamente la bellezza che le Hawaii hanno da offrire. La camera da letto principale è arredata con un letto king size della California, cabina armadio e bagno con doppio lavandino, doccia e vasca. La grande camera da letto secondaria ha due letti matrimoniali con un ulteriore bagno completo. La disposizione della camera da letto divisa è perfetta per due coppie o una piccola famiglia e dormirà 6. Goditi la cucina completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti o goditi il ristorante in loco con vista sull'oceano. Il layout offre una cucina aperta con vista sulla sala da pranzo e sul soggiorno accanto all'ampio soggiorno con molti posti a sedere sul divano componibile. Questa casa si trova a Coconut Grove e offre viste mozzafiato sul lussureggiante paesaggio tropicale, palme e splendidi giardini. Rilassati sul lanai con vista sul Coconut Grove o su una delle amache comode, goditi il bel tempo e il barbecue.

Questa villa al piano superiore a un piano è stata ristrutturata e aggiornata nel gennaio 2020 con vernice fresca, mobili, decorazioni, persiane e asciugamani e lenzuola di qualità dell'hotel. La villa è un'unità terminale senza un edificio vicino, quindi ha molta luce naturale e vista sul bellissimo paesaggio.

Ci sono molte attività da fare a pochi passi. La gated community di Hali’I Kai offre un campo da tennis, un campo da basket e una piscina resort con vista sull'oceano mozzafiato. Un centro fitness con vista sull'oceano è disponibile anche per il vostro uso. Questo complesso tranquillo e silenzioso è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e tornare a casa dopo le visite giornaliere.

Una tassa resort obbligatoria di $ 20 al giorno deve essere pagata al momento del check-in presso l'ufficio di gestione. La tariffa resort include l'accesso alle strutture in loco, un parcheggio riservato e l'accesso all'Ocean Club. Perfection!

This property is perfection. It is well furnished, fully stocked and well maintained. The property overlooks a Hawaiian garden space and is quiet. Any issues with condo maintenance are resolved quickly by the owner. I’ll rent here again without a doubt. 10/10 recommend.

Perfect family rental

This property was perfect for our family stay. The layout and comfort of the unit had everything we needed. The outdoor area with BBQ’s was a great spot for the family to gather and play. The location is close to everything you want to see and do!

Some frustration

We had a lot of trouble getting into the unit because the entry code did not work so we had to wait for the cleaning service to answer our call and give us their entry code. We were waiting outside with all of our luggage and no where else to go for over 30 minutes. The supplies (shampoo, conditioner, Kleenex, garbage bags) were in short or no supply. This was disappointing given we were staying for two weeks. The location was great and there was a lot to do in the area.

I arrived on a late flight and could not get access to the digital entry codes for the unit.

Unfortunately this unit owner would not provide me with the proper information to allow me to have access to her property. I arrived to the unit at 8:45 PM but had no response from the owner regarding entry security codes and had to spend the night in an expensive hotel nearby as nothing else was available. The unit provides no amenities like handsoap, salt and pepper, and very small (Motel 6 style) bath soaps and shampoos. All of these items needed to be purchased. Old food was left in the refrigerator from the previous tenant. The master bathroom toilet is also not in good working order The parking is very substandard as the unit has one uncovered spot a five minute walk from the unit. But the complete abandonment by the owner of a key responsibilities would make me recommend that others do not rent this unit.

Location location location

There are many good reasons to stay here but what I enjoyed most was the pool area and the whale watching from the pool patio. Also the staff at the bar and restaurant are exceptional, good drinks and good food! I made many new friends from all parts of America. There is a gathering every evening at sunset with a ceremony to watch the sun go down

Excellent location for small family getaway with college aged kids.

Loved the condo for its well appointed kitchen ( we like to cook on vaca). Room layout was perfect and decor were not overdone (not too cluttered). Great to get towels chairs and umbrellas early ( before check-in ) for the beach. LOVE the beach club for dinner and sunset drinks and also Love the proximity to amenities, like the store and rental equipment.

Amazing stay!

Condo was very well kept and comfortable. The addition of beach towels, chairs, and umbrella was a nice touch as well. The condo was a bit further back from the pool area, but it was very easy to just drive down and park at the pool as there were always open parking spots. Pool and restaurant/bar was our favorite spot. Great drinks and food overlooking the ocean made it perfect. The pool was never crowded so we were able to keep our space from other visitors pretty easily. Location was also amazing! Very close to a nice beach and plenty of dining can be found nearby.

Beautiful condo, lacking small details

Overall, good experience, but small touches were lacking especially for this price point. Very little in the way of beach gear (towels and a couple beach chairs & umbrella was all. I've been to many other Hawaii VRBOs that were stocked with cooler, snorkel, boards, beach toys etc). Batteries in many devices were corroded. Master TV would not work. AC was restricted to 72 degrees and the unit was very hot when we arrived. Community BBQ is OK but takes a solid 30 minutes to heat up. Shampoo and conditioner samples were like a tablespoon. Only had 3 for 5 people for the week. No pen or paper. A rice cooker would be nice. Seasonings aside from salt and pepper would be nice. FYI, This is the furthest unit from the pool. Almost half a mile. OK, now the plus side. Beds and linens are comfy, very spacious unit, large master suite, great garden and mountain views. Relaxing lanai/balcony. Parking by the pool is easy. Pool is awesome with excellent views. Nice workout facility. Poolside restaurant has excellent food and full bar, mostly not crowded. Family friendly, all ages.

Beautiful home away from home!

My family and I took another exciting tip to Hawai'i this holiday season. After much deliberation we settled on this beautiful home away from home. Much to our surprise, the location was quite excellent. The condo is light and airy, with everything one needs for a relaxing get-away. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very clean and tidy, very much to our liking. The granite work surfaces were perfect, and we were content with the numerous ladels and spoons in the kitchen. The sofa was very comfortable as was the brown leather chair, pefect for reading a book in the evening with all windows and doors open. The various amenities around the condo complex were plentiful. We were especially taken with the restriction on children being allowed in the swimming pools. Very calming. Jeff and Beverly were wonderful hosts and we have already booked our return flights back to the Kohala coast! Thank you!

A Perfect Place to Stay in Hawaii

This condo was the nicest place we have stayed across a half dozen trips to Hawaii. It is a well laid-out two bed two bath corner unit with a nice lanai. On windy days you can open all the doors and windows and let the breeze blow through. The community pool is on the oceanfront and at the right time of year you can see numerous whales jumping just offshore. The poolside bar and restaurant has good food and happy hour daily from 2-5:30 PM. The property manager is communicative and accessible and helpful - she provided a great guidebook of things to do on the Big Island and even lent us snorkeling gear. You can rent this place with confidence it'll be great!
