Spend the afternoon at the shared pool, then return for golf-course-area sunsets. Nearby golf and beach outings keep the Big Island days varied for families or friends.



The Space:

This 2,500-square-foot house has three bedrooms, four beds, and two and a half bathrooms for up to eight guests. Its H-shaped design, walls of windows, vaulted ceilings, and distinctive lighting create an open, light-filled interior. The kitchen has an island, five-burner electric stove, and two ovens, plus there is a gas grill for group meals.



Guest Access:

This private home has its own entrance, kitchen, BBQ grill, and outdoor seating. Guests may use the community pool, which is a short walk away in the residential area and is not located on the property.

Waikoloa is a good Big Island base for families and friends who want a house setting with access to pool time, golf, and coastal outings. The community's shared pool gives the group a close-to-home afternoon option, while nearby golf adds an easy activity for the players in the family. From here, you can build days around a beach outing, then come back to make dinner rather than rushing through every meal. The H House suits groups who appreciate architectural character as much as a flexible home base.



Getting Around:

Kona International Airport is roughly 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive up the Kohala Coast. A rental car is recommended to reach beaches, restaurants, and the resort area's shops with ease. Waikoloa Beach Resort keeps some shopping and dining walkable, while nearby beaches and Waikoloa Village are a short drive. Parking is generally available in resort lots or on site at most properties.

Parking: free parking for two cars. Please note: the shared pool is not located on the property. It is a short walk away in the residential area. No smoking.
