Hali’i Kai is a private resort community within the Waikoloa Beach Resort. This is one of few private resort communities with an ocean front restaurant and bar with unreal sunset and ocean views. Hali'i Kai Resort Notes
At check in you will receive access cards that can be used to gain entry to the main gate and the private Ocean Club. There is a $25 nightly resort fee per unit that is retained by the Homeowners Association to defer costs of operating the Ocean Club and Front Desk
