AMAZING!! Check in was easy. Place was super clean! Lots of beach stuff in garage. The best sunsets from Both the decks! Pool is beautiful. Loved the keypad on the door. Washer did not work for us- that was a bummer for how much you pay for the place. Owner said they are getting new washer and dryer in Feb. (Small issue with the pool- this is not on the owner. You Can’t bring your own drinks in the pool area- not even water. That was lame, just an fyi).

Property is exactly as listed and the owner was beyond helpful with recommendations in the area. The extras provided in the home were an absolute bonus. Truly a wonderful spacious home and the grounds are breathtaking and beautifully manicured.

Our Ohana enjoyed staying here, for the first! Walking distance to the pool is a blessing for keiki's & kupuna's!Wonderful having a restaurant on site for last minute munchies!! Love it!! Cleanliness of condo greatly appreciated! Fantastic having TV’s in all bedrooms & living space perfect for everyone. If you are needing or looking for a 3 bed/ 3 bath condo for 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 kids, this condo just may be the perfect fit for you. Richard was very accommodating and easy to work with anytime I had a question. I appreciated he had reached out a couple of times during our stay to see if all was going well. Richard also sent a text on recommendations on sites to see or restaurants to try. The kitchen was equipped with any and all. Plenty of plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans, cookie sheets, plastic ware, foil, and condiments, etc. There was definitely plenty of linens, extra pillows, towels, sheets and blankets. In the garage there was extra snorkel gear, boogie boards, ice chest, and I believe golf equipment and more. The pool was quaint and quiet. I appreciated the check-in process with an easy keyless entry. I Hope this review helps when it comes to making your decision on where to stay. Mahalo

Excellent Stay at Hali'i Kai!

Had a wonderful two weeks staying in 16G. The condo was clean, well-appointed and in a terrific location with beautiful views. Richard was an outstanding host. The check-in communication was thorough and timely. He followed up with me during our stay a couple of times to ensure that all was going well with our stay. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect for our trip. View from balconies great and short walk to the best pool complex on the island. Owner responds to inquiries immediately. Well stocked with all we needed. Very clean! Highly recommended.

We will be back!

Great experience from booking to check-out. Unit was clean, stocked, centrally located to all areas of the island. Pool restaurant has a great menu selection and friendly staff. The unit owner was fabulous to work with. Our family loved every minute.

PERFECT

Everything about our stay was incredible! We had everything we needed for Hawaii fun from boogie boards to beach towels to chairs and sunscreen. The 3 rooms were very spacious with 3 beautiful full baths total, one being attached to the master suite. The lani’s on the first and second floors overlooked the golf course and ocean crashing on the shore. The location was perfect, right near the Hilton resort, king and queen shops, and a short drive to many beautiful beaches. Amenities were great, pool was not too crowded and had great food and drinks. Richard was very prompt responding to any messages and checked in throughout the week. Highly recommend this beautiful condo!!!

Our stay in Waikoloa was wonderful. Communication with the owner was timely and friendly. The setting of the condo was perfect… watching whales from the porch a highlight. The pool and restaurant were conveniently located and we spent several evenings there. I hope to visit the Big Island again! Starting in this same location would be ideal.

Oasis in the lava

This condo and resort area has everything that you would want or need on a vacation. The condo itself was spotless, well stocked and beautifully decorated! The owner was great with communications and recommendations. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this unit.

We had a great time here. The place was big enough to accommodate our group of 6 adults and came equipped with everything we needed plus beach equipment and even golf clubs! Kitchen was huge and well equipped. Loved the grounds, pool and bar/restaurant. Richard was more than attentive to any questions we had. Would definitely return here.

The condo was well laid out to accommodate all six, when my daughters walked in the door they replied with how beautiful! A perfect way to start their vacation. Everything you need for the beach in the garage, thank you. Most down time was spent there at the pool when not zip lining by the waterfalls. Thank you!

The most BEAUTIFUL and Extraordinary location on the Big Island

My friends, if you are going to the Big Island, we highly recommend this location. The hosts are truly thoughtful, kind and so attentive. They provided fantastic dining options and great suggestions of things to see and opportunities to learn more of the culture of this extraordinary island. The unit itself is very large and candidly, the pictures just do not do it justice. (Although these thoughtful hosts did a great job) you’ll just have to feel the happy energy here to understand what I mean. The rooms are large and well equipped. The kitchen is a gourmet chef‘s dream come true, and they even ensured that there are so many different spices and oils to use for cooking, not to mention a fantastic grill that my husband utilized quite often. The bathrooms are all large and fully equipped with blow dryer’s straighteners, lit magnifying mirror and the best shampoo/conditioners /soaps that smelled like coconuts, I loved it! We were so impressed and everything was in its place, everything you could think of that you would want for a brilliant and super fantastic trip, in Hawaii was right in the garage. It had everything from different size umbrellas for the beach to beach mats/snorkel gear/boogie boards, you name it, it was there for you to utilize. Also, they have this fantastic arctic cooler that my goodness all I had to do was put one frozen square in it, and it kept everything very cold the whole day, and there was plenty of room for drinks/snacks and anything you can think of you would take during the day as you go on your mini adventures around the island. The beds are super comfy and the linens are very soft and a high thread count so you feel like you’re just sleeping on a cloud, which is ever a delight when you’re traveling. Another really neat feature to this unit is that it has its own private club that has a three tiered pool that makes you feel like you’re in your own private pool but it’s just a massive pool at different elevations, and just adjacent to it is a fantastic bar with a wonderful restaurant and you’re overlooking the ocean. It’s just beautiful scenery all around you. Not to mention fantastic outdoor gym, so to speak, weights, and cardio equipment with the sliding doors open so you get that nice cool ocean breeze as you’re working out, it’s such a delight. I promise the minute you walk in you feel like you’re home, and in the best and most fantastic way.

Perfect location - Great views - Comfortable home away from home

Our family of 5 adults and 16 month old grandson spent 10 glorious days at this beautiful paradise away from home. Traveling with a toddler we had a lot of questions prior to our trip and Richard was extremely responsive and helpful. His team responded immediately when we discovered the infant pack 'n play was missing from our rental and brought us one quickly. The views and close proximity to the pool are 2 of the property highlights. This specific unit has 1 of the best views of the entire complex. With our binoculars we were able to see whales frolicking in the ocean. The master bedroom deck provides a glorious morning coffee retreat overlooking the golf course and ocean. We would definetly stay here again. If you are looking to have a family getaway on the Island of Hawaii, we highly recommend this property.
