HILTON POOL PASS: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. 10% discount on spa treatments, lagoon toy and cabana rental and food at Lagoon Grill, Orchid Marketplace and Shaka Cone.  No blackout dates. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy, and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased; they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If a pass is lost or damaged, there is an up to $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
PLEASE NOTE: The Fairway Villas at Waikoloa will be undergoing exterior painting from September 2026 through November 2027. Building M is scheduled for January 4-26, 2027 This project should be a reasonably unobtrusive project and not affect guest stays.

PARKING: Parking for one car in a small one car garage.  Only one car allowed for overnight parking with this vacation rental.  Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.  
HOT TUB: Please note: Per the HOA rules at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in or around the spa/hot tub area.
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
"START UP SUPPLIES" PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
ACCESSIBILITY: While this property is not designated as ADA or fully handicap accessible, it does offer several convenient features that may be helpful for guests with limited mobility.  You will find easy ground-floor access to the front entry leading into an open floor plan with hard floors allowing easy movement to a picturesque lanai, bedroom and adjacent bathroom fitted with grab bars.
