    Un invitante soggiorno presenta arredi moderni e una grande TV intelligente QLED a schermo piatto da 75 pollici. Il lanai da pranzo presenta un generoso spazio all'aperto per la vita e l'intrattenimento e dispone di una cucina all'aperto, barbecue incorporato e un tavolo da pranzo con posti a sedere per quattro.



    La cucina �� integrata nella zona soggiorno e pranzo a pianta aperta e dispone di elettrodomestici di fascia alta, un bar per la colazione con quattro sgabelli da bar e un tavolo da pranzo per quattro.



    La master suite offre un letto king-size, una TV a schermo piatto da 52 pollici e un ampio bagno con vasca profonda, cabina doccia separata e doppio lavabo. La camera degli ospiti offre due letti full size, TV a schermo piatto ed è vicino al bagno principale.  C'è un divano letto nel soggiorno.



    Sono inclusi anche una lavatrice / asciugatrice full-size, aria condizionata e ventilatori a soffitto, ghiacciaia, tavole da boogie, sedie da spiaggia, attrezzatura per lo snorkeling, teli da mare e parcheggio in garage gratuito e WIFI gratuito.



    Tutte le nostre case vacanze includono una fornitura base di: detersivo per il bucato, sacchi per la spazzatura, spugne da cucina, sapone liquido, pastiglie per lavastoviglie, asciugamani di carta, carta igienica, shampoo / balsamo, sapone da bar. Una volta esaurita la fornitura di avvio, gli ospiti sono autonomi ad acquistare forniture aggiuntive se necessario. I solventi per la pulizia non sono forniti.

    Situato di fronte al Queens 'MarketPlace e accanto ai Kings' Shops, completo di food court, gallerie d'arte, sushi, gelato alla crema, Macaroni Grill, Island Gourmet Market, Starbucks e molti altri negozi, intrattenimento locale giornaliero, classi ed eventi culturali.

This place worked great for myself and 3 mid age kids. Super nice place. Loved sitting on the lanai looking out over golf course. Walking to Queens shops was great! The Hilton pool pass was an amazing bonus! Definitely would stay here again!

Property was as listed, very clean and very secure. The space was great to have with a total of 5 people. Any time we had questions we were able to text and get answers right away which was great. Check in and out was so simple, it made our first vrbo experience super easy and because of this stay, we'll definitely do more vrbos after always staying at hotels.

It was lovely that the property was so close to the shopping center and we the pass to the Hilton poo was a great plusl!! The outdoor space was amazing. Great, quiet view of the golf course and the sunset and we loved the grill. All in all a very luxurious stay and we enjoyed it thoroughly.

Wonderful birthday trip to the A-Bay area

Our unit was everything as advertised. Homey and comfortable with a beautiful view/lanai over the golf course and horizon. A nice quiet complex that’s very convenient to shopping and a short walk to Lava Lava Beach Club, and A bay for amazing sunsets. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The unit it lovely. The carpet is the worst part and it needs to be removed. Overall through, the unit is awesome. It’s large and felt comfortable for our family of five. I’d come back for sure.

Excellent place!

Great venue. The house is very clean. It seems like the VRBO has thought of everything you need to start your vacation immediately. Even the reusable ice packs were already frozen and ready to be added to the cooler! The view was nice and private overlooking the golf course. There is a lot of useful items in the garage and I LOVE the Hilton Pool Pass!

Hawaii!!!

Had a great time. Second bedroom badly needs blackout blinds since outside the lights are on all night. Also, would be great if rentals only used Unscented laundry detergent. We didn't use anything but everything we brought smells like that gross detergent. Condo was otherwise great and in a good location. Try the Gypsea gelato in the Kimgs shops!!!

Property was great, nice location. However it was not properly prepared in my opinion. The ice dispenser was jammed with a judge frozen mass. We had to try and thaw it out and remove the iceberg.The sink in the Master bathroom would not drain.The Dishwasher did not clean well. Had to remove a huge wad of hair and clear the holes in the spinners, they were clogged with something.

Our favorite place to stay!

This property is our go-to when visiting the Big Island. We would rather stay here than with our own family because of all the amenities that are included with booking, the amount of space, a full kitchen, lanai with bbq range, living room, two full bathrooms and in unit laundry. The space is so beautiful, clean and spacious, it’s home away from home. The weather in Waikoloa is sunny and perfect 99% of the time. You’re walking distance to two shopping centers, multiple restaurants and a lil grocery store/market. We stayed in this particular home a few times and have loved every single time. We’ve referred our family and friends to book here and have never had any issues with checking in or out. Communication and customer service has always been a great experience. Thank you for sharing your space with us once again! We’ll be back!

6 nights at the Waikoloa Beach Villas

This condo is in the beautiful Waikoloa Resort and is well located near shops and restaurants. The kitchen is large snd well stocked as is the garage with everything needed for beach outings. While it is moderately priced compared to other units in this area there were issues that impacted comfort. Unfortunately it was not a great fit for us for a few reasons. First, we were not able to sleep well in the bedroom with two beds in it because it was hot and the thermostat does not allow you to set it below 74 degrees, additionally the window faces the lit walkways to the front door and has blinds but no blackout curtain so the room does not get completely dark. Between the temperature and light coming in we did not get a good night sleep in that room. Also, we do not recommend this condo if you want to relax in the living room as the couches are very uncomfortable. They are old and the cushions and arm rests have no padding or support. Some new couches and curtains in the bedroom are very much needed.

Would stay here again

Great location and the condo came well equipped with almost everything we needed. The Hilton pool pass was a great bonus that everyone enjoyed. The only issue we had were the rooms would get warm at night since the AC seemed to go to sleep at night (or maybe because there weren’t any sensors in the rooms?). We did communicate this to the property managers and they did a reset of the thermostat, but we still noticed the air would only turn on if we were in the common areas moving around. But this was a minor issue and we would still recommend this place to our friends and family and would stay here again!

Perfect location in Waikoloa!

We loved staying here! Plenty of space for our family of 5. We could walk across the street in the morning and get coffee and breakfast. We were centrally located to the beaches and hikes nearby. We enjoyed the included Hilton Day Pass as well.

I felt very safe with our kids and everyone was so friendly. The Resortica staff was so helpful each time I reached out with a question. I always received prompt communication.
